It seems like too many bars now focus more on image than anything else, leaving customer service as something to be desired. This isnt one of those bars. The bar itself is quite large, including the pool area in the back, and its filled with old, movable tables and chairs. The drinks are standard price, and the liquor is poured, not measured, so theyre stronger than other nearby places. There are 3 pool tables, 2 electric dart machines, a jukebox, and a couple of golf/hunting arcade games. There is also a large beer garden with a structure for smokers, and sand volleyball courts. If youre going on a weekend, get there early so you dont spend 5 minutes looking for a place to sit - the large groups fill this big place up rather quickly. The bartenders, waitresses, and other staff are personable and generally friendly. The crowd is quite varied, and youll see folks from all walks and ages on a good night. The karaoke is... interesting. There are many impressive singers, as well as a few howlers that are just amusing. When there are no singers, the DJ will typically play music. Great place to watch sporting events, with several large TVs as well as a few small ones above the bar. The food is actually very good, for bar food, and their wings are some of the best Ive had in Omaha. Weeknights can be a little slow, which is nice if you want a quieter place to have a few drinks or talk to people. Although, some weeknights will seemingly randomly see a large crowd. All in all, its a pretty decent place to head with a couple of friends, and certainly one of the very few bars with an enjoyable environment in the area.

I was at Boondockers this past Sat night and it was me and my cousin whom is paralyzed from the neck down and in a wheelchair. There was no handicap parking to start. While in there a group of 30 people were celebrating a 21st birthday and while some of the group was singing karaoke a mom of the birthday girl thought we were talking crap about her daughter when really we were discussing what song they were singing and not in a bad way..well she threatened to jump us ok remember one in a wheelchair that cant move other than her head and me...so anyway...a few people in the group joined in to let me know they had her back...i talked to the waitress after 10 minutes of screaming back and fourth before they finally went back to there party and she had the owners wife come and talk to me i asked that she have them leave and she said they are there to make money so needless to say I will never give them my business ever again and let everyone know the way we were treated. Thanks

While its not glamorous or attention grabbing, the service is fantastic. Nothing fancy for drinks but everything youd expect. Good atmosphere and the people, including the patrons, are all very friendly. You can easily strike up a conversation and make new friends. The food is hit or miss, at least for me. Ive never had anything bad, but I certainly have a handful that are my "go to" orders: steak sandwich, patty melt and the wings. They have specials for the wings too, which is great. Volleyball courts in the back and leagues are a great way to meet people and have a good time. Im not terribly competitive and the Tuesday teams are perfect. Tons of great people. Be sure to check it out. All in all a great bar. It may not be flashy and pretty but certainly a good time.

We were there on a Saturday night. Not only was it poor service but come Monday they made two charges to our credit card, when we only had one tab!!!! Do not go here unless u want to get ripped off
