I bought a 72 gallon tank from them about 10 years ago, and then moved away. When I returned, I bought a 48 gallon saltwater tank from a private seller and they brokered the entire transaction, as well as giving me advice and tutelidge (new to saltwater systems). For a very small fee, they disassembled the system from the sellers house, and reassembled it in my house. It was all done in just a few hours, and there was not a loss of one single fish, coral/anenome or shrimp/crab/lobster. Everyone made it safely, and I really cannot say enough about the quality of the service and how nice the owners (husband/wife team) were during the entire process, right down to the last detail, and minute. That was over a year ago, and I go back every week for water and supplies. There is another gentleman employed there, as well, and he has NEVER been short of professional and extremely helpful, even under heavy workload and customer laden. The entire store is tremendous, and I do NOT hand out praise easily. I expect customer service folks to be pleasant and professional, and do not say nice things about them when they are, it is their jobs to be pleasant, but these folks truly go "above-and-beyond" in that area. The selections of fish for saltwater AND fresh water tanks is amazing, as well as live rock, coral and other creature doo-dads. They also have alot of hardware and filters, at least everything that I need for MY tanks! I could say ALOT more, but then I would require payment for being an advertising agent, and they havent ponied up any cash or trade items for that, plus I am tired of writing. Just go, and be assured that all I have said is as true as the day is long! Chief..... OUT!!!

This place is horrible I bought fish from here and they had parasites... I spent more money trying to get them healthy than what I paid for them , they will not refund your money and the store setup is pitiful it is so ran down and ghetto it is sad... Wet pets in Norman is a million times better and I will never shop at Aquariums again unless you want sick fish I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...

I would give 10 stars if the site would let me. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from this establishment. The owners really do love their trade. This store will be my go-to until I move too far away for it to be sensible. Even then I may still drive to this store.

Great team there at Aquariums and in terms of personalized service and expertise, its hard to beat at Aquariums. Im a complete newcomer to saltwater tanks but these guys have been great at any questions or concerns. Great prices too!
