Took a child for swimming lessons and was very displeased. As a beginner the kids are put in shoulder/neck high water. Inappropriate swim wear was worn. A somewhat developed young girl had only a T-shirt ( which you could clearly see through) on with no under garments. Should have been made to wear a swim suit. Chairs should have been allowed inside the pool area for parents while the class was in session. Too tired to write any more.The front desk (younger girl)

I love the location and the availability. But dont ask any of the female staff to do anything. They will point you away to a usually busy male staff member who had to step away from his station to help other people. The women dont leave their seats

I used to go there every day when i lived in cleveland. the service is excellent, even though you have to be 18 to use the excercise equipment, its still a great place to go if you have a family or by yourself

We had a good time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall pretty clean facility, but the pool area could use a seriously thorough scrub down.

The lady at the front desk is absolutely sweet. Her smile could light up a room. Nice facility to work out at. I go around 2pm to 3 pm and love it
