What a fantastic evening! My wife and I went to the Phoenix for their Valentines Day special, and it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Our waitress was pleasant beyond words, the food was delicious, and the runner sang "Unforgettable". Add in the splendor of the setting and the wonderful piano music that was played live through the evening and it was experience that the two of us will remember for a long time. On the way our, we talked with our waitress and the runner "Chase" for a few minutes, and it just added on to the evening. I would recommend the restaurant to any couples who are looking for fine upscale dining in an intimate setting. Thank you to the staff at the Phoenix for a fantastic evening!

My wedding was everything I could have dreamed of! Thank you to Carolina and everyone at the Phoenix! My wedding is scheduled at The Phoenix in May this year. We have booked the entire building and will be using both ballrooms. Working with The Phoenix has been a wonderful and relaxing experience. The Event Coordinator is extremely sweet and accommodating, and has been working closely with my wedding planner and I to plan my dream wedding. I toured several other venues around Cincinnati and Greater Cincinnati, before choosing The Phoenix, but found the decision to be easy. I couldnt be more happy with my decision and excited for my wedding in May!

Beautiful historic venue. Perfect for weddings. No other marble staircase like it in the city. The area they use for cocktail-hour on the 3rd floor, outside of the grand ballroom can get very crowded and hot in the summer. I would avoid using that for cocktail hour if possible. Other than that the venue is grand.

You dont go to the Phoenix. You arrive. A stunningly gorgeous interior with a marble staircase, plush carpet and decorative glass. While the sound and lighting make it the perfect venue for events, the attentive and staff perfectly balance service with friendliness.
