Ive attended these weekly Spring and Summer events for years. Always a good time. Excellent and diverse music. Good seating. Most events are free including free parking. Dedicated, prioritized motorcycle parking on the streets and sidewalks right in front of the venue. Well patrolled by parking & traffic assistants. Security provided by the Akron Police Derpartment. Food and drink available. Its hard to beat. 5 of 5 thumbs up.

This place has some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches any where!!! I have tried 5 of them so far and everyone of them have been awesome! The staff is very friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about everything on the menu. They have an awesome selection of beers at all times! Ohh and the humus is homemade and so delicious !

I love all the activities that go on year round. My family visits a lot and weve always had a great time. We all play pokemon go and have never had any safety issues regardless of what time. The summer concerts are great and I love the fact that they have concessions and indoor restrooms.

Lots of interesting events are held here, including concerts in the summer and ice skating in the winter. It is the hub of Akron activity and has parking. It is right across the street from restaurants and the Peanut Shoppe. 4 stars because the parking is no longer free. Still cheap though

Its a place where its in the heart of downtown Akron and you can go and listen to music in the summer, enjoy multiple activities with your kids, and enjoy great food!! Especially on Wed. And the food trucks are there to offer a variety of foods for lunch.

Lock 3 park provided an excellent birthday experience. The entertainment was fantastic. I also tasted some of the food truck specialties and I was pleasantly surprised. All in all, I had a fabulous time. I Will Be Back.

Nice little park in the middle of downtown Akron. A Pokemon Go hotspot with a theater, a couple clubs, some food, and AA baseball champion Rubber Ducks. The park itself holds events like concerts, ice skating rink ECT.

The whole family likes to go to the lock for Friday live events. Its a great venue for live music. They need better food options in the area but that is offset when they have the rib, Italian, and burger festivals

We road down to the Italian festival on our bike tonight and enjoyed an awesome Beatles tribute band at lock 3. This is a great place you can take the family or go on a first date, either way its free and fun.

Great place to get together for a free concert. Food and beer selection has drastically improved over the years. My family just went last night for "Time Traveler" (Moody Blues tribute) and they were great!

Free, fantastic, local place to see a concert or attend a festival. Parking garages in the area make it accessible. Handicap friendly. If youre lucky you can catch a free firework show while youre there.

Love Lock 3. The Rib, White and Blue festival is awesome, the toy/marble museum is a blast, and the skating rink is perfect for winter fun. Definitely worth visiting for their events.

Great area in the city. Its peaceful during lunch. When youre there you dont realize your in the city. Since I work in the city I plan on going here more often for events.

Good spot for a concert. Although there was a smoking area, the smoker were rude and would not use it a person came on stage and make a reminder announcement.

This area is really cool. They have a lot of events that are worth going to. It is right on the toe path so that is really convenient and you can rent bikes.

Free and fun. Once a month you pay 5 dollars for the bigger concerts. Every Friday and Saturday you can come and they have something. Great date idea
