We played a charity outing at Northgreen yesterday and could not have enjoyed it more. ( Much more enjoyable and better treatment than the previous day at Williamsburg Nartional) . We stayed late and played an extra 9 holes. We were treated extremely well, the greens , fairways and even Tee boxes we all in xlnt shape. ( Cart paths still need work but who cares). All 4 of us were quite surprised at how nice and how much fun the course was. The price is a real bargain. It is a 2 hour drive for us to get there but was so much fun will make the drive anyway. No Mickey Mouse Holes, very enjoyable golf.

Be sure to go to the driving range and fine tone your swing before playing this course. With it narrow fairways and houses on both sides. Its not a good course to be slicing or hooking on. Overall my experience was good. The staff was great and the regulars was willing to chat and give advice on how to play certain holes...

Not as nice of facilities as other local places. But it is cheaper and the course is bigger and fun to play. They are also offering a $59 a year membership deal right now (2/2 017). Pool is closed down and place is a little dumpy but a good course to play on if you arent to serious about golf. They do have a driving range.

Its a great price for 18 holes but be ready to hang on to your hat, literally! The cart paths are in terrible shape. They do have a decent driving range. If you need a place to practice for cheap and dont mind going home with a headache from the bumpy ride then this is the place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

2012 the course hired Brantley Sapp. The course is in the best shape its been in years. Love playing there now.
