Extremely rude and aggressive personnel. Waitress did not seem to care much about sharing any information about her wines, asked us to pay upfront without even saying hi, and basically jumped at me when I had my daughter try to smell the floral aspect of the wine I was just starting to taste. Ive visited many nice wineries on Long Island and this one does not even compare with my previous experiences. I would not recommend this place to spend an enjoyable afternoon with family or friends. Decent Riesling though, what a pity.

The older gentleman that was pouring MY 5 wine tastings was pouring whatever he wanted me to drink- I had to specifically stop him and tell him that I didnt want what he wanted. Ridiculous that he went on to basically call me a snob. Then we got some cheese and crackers with a glass of wine and they give us FOAM plates and PLASTIC knives to cut our cheese from. What is this place? Get your act together and provide good customer service or this place will continue to suck.

During the autumn weekends, this place is crowded because of Hank’s Pumpkin Patch across the street. While the kids pick some apples, the parents can do a $8 5-flight wine tasting. We got a chance to speak with Mike and hear his 2-sentence tag line for every wine. I also loved the beer selection from Publick House.

In the back you can sit at tables overlooking the vines, listening to live music, and relaxing by the water feature. It gets crowded during Fall because of the apple/pumpkin picking across the street. Nice tasting flights, no indoor seating. They sell typical vineyard shop items and snacks.

Dont listen to the one star review. One glance at his profile and youll see he only gives one star in his reviews. Foam plates and plastic utensils? Did you want fine china? Get a life. Michael is great, the wines are good, and the rest of the staff is friendly. I highly recommend it here.

Had an amazing experience for my first time in wine tasting. The gentleman took his time explaining to us everything we asked. He went step by step what to expect from each wine we tasted. I left out of there satisfied. Definitely will go back.

Wines are all very unique in their flavors, a great dessert wine even if youre not a fan of them. Had a wonderful host that took the time to explain everything. Love it!!!
