Place to relax. If you like running, bicycle riding, walking or just sitting there at the beach, thats the right place. No extra attractions or food, bring everything with you and take everything with you. They have bathroom there of the stone age, some people wouldnt use it.

I was a little worried about getting hit by someone teaching his wife to drive while sitting in the sun in the parking lot, while the park police drove by oblivious to what was happening. They shouldnt have been doing that on a weekend while more people are present

Simply a beautiful place.... Never knew there was so much wildlife on Staten island.... just wish everyone that uses the park would throw their trash in the many garage cans that are All over the Park.... you fishermen are the worst.... horrible horrible.....

This is a dof friendly beach. And I will tell you something: Every beach in the world should be like that. I often come here on the evenings during the week, when there arent too many people here, and I can walk along the water until it is dark.

Love going fishing here, and when you purchase a sticker for your car, you have access to what I call the VIP area, so once it closes you can stay all night long. Weather you want to go late night swimming or over night fishing.

I had passed by here so many times from the land and the water. Its really a great resource. I visited in the winter. There were walkers and joggers, but I had the beach to myself, which made it very secluded and peaceful.

Pretty quiet you could have a nice walk. There is one cool event that happens. You could go to the beach. So I would it is a great idea if you come here. That is why I would rate it 5 stars.

This is the best beach on Staten Island. There also are many areas for outdoor recreation and they have a very nice harbor with a fishing area. This park is a great place to relax.

I cant believe this place is in NYC. It feels like a place far away. It is somewhat secluded. It very relaxing to just sit and listen to the ocean waves.
