My husband and I stumbled across this place on our way back from a upstate college reunion and couldnt have been happier. The owner was so inviting and offered us a few tastings. After that we were hooked and walked away with one of the best vodkas and bourbons we have ever tasted. Both were incredibly smooth and the vodka is comparable if not better than grey goose, kettle, etc. We are headed upstate for Easter this weekend and plan to make a stop.

Nice place to stop by and taste some good liquor. Everyone says they hate gin, but this place convinced me to like it. They explained how they do it differently to hit some different taste notes. Ended buying a small bottle of gin (in case I was biased by being there in person) and a mixer. Ive been making great spring/summer gin drinks ever since!

Ever since I happen to stop by on their very first day of being open just traveling thru Roscoe. Brian, his staff & the excellent distilled products they make have been impressing me each & every visit & sip! You really got to tip your hat to Prohibition Distillery on how excellent their product is & their customer service!!!

Inside this top-to-bottom renovation & re-purposing of the towns former firehouse is a gorgeous distillery complete with tasting room. The bourbon, gin, and vodka are all top-notch and the staff outstanding: friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable.

Fun stop. Their products are delicious. The vodka was probably the tastiest Ive ever had. They had a limited edition bourbon that I loved! And Im a bourbon drinker. The one disappointment was they were bottling so we couldnt get a tour. :(

Ive been to Prohibition Distillery several times and every time is a joy. The people who work in the shop are always very pleasant and knowledgeable and their vodka is second to none. Definitely worth a stop.

Nice tasting room where you can sample the whiskey, vodka & gin made at the Distillery. They just added an awesome open air bar where you can buy cocktails made with their spirits.

We really enjoyed our tasting of gin, vodka, and whiskey. Learned stuff i never knew. They have a vary cool shop and location. Defiantly will stop back when we are up next.
