We go to the senior exercise class. We have improved mobility since we started, almost 2 years ago. There is also an exercise room. There are a nice people that we talk with. And the staff is very friendly.

Nice, clean, roomy facility. Helpful staff and decent prices for room rentals and use of fitness equipment. Only choice in Cascade for group meeting facilities. Check them out for your next meeting.
