This is one of the worst ran charity organization I have come across. Employees have horrible attitudes.They dont communicate well with paperwork you need or will need.So we go and pick up forms to fill out for housing assistance but they dont tell you have to be there at 8 in the morning at the door just to set up a appointment.So we picked up the form and went to drop it off but they say oh no you have to be at the door first thing in the morning.Well thanks for not telling people that when they pick the forms up.Then we get there about 7:20 and sat outside until about 8:15 for we finally got seen.Then they tell us more things we need to bring back and you have to stand outside to been seen again as though to me like we never had been scene at all.Really? This is ridiculous.We dont have time to keep running back and forth to this place.We have jobs to go to.Messing with this place you will lose your job.Sometimes we all need a little help to get going but some of these charitable organizations like this just set people honest people up to fail.

They only have enough money to pay the staff. They have no resources to help people. They are the agency that gives the appearance of help, where no help is available.
