Fish Town with no fish but with an attitude... I came looking for several items and fish for a marine aquarium. I was surprised how poor was the inventory of saltwater fish in the Fish Town USA. Petco is much better than these guys, seriously. Even the fresh water section looked mediocre with some very high prices. I also needed an advanced Kessil LED fixture, quite expensive. However the guy "advised" me to go for a bigger model that is +$50, that was completely unnecessary and clearly would blast my small tank. When asked to match a lower online price (which is pretty much fixed), the manager refused with so much attitude that I gave up looking for items and just left. It was not about the difference in prices, but the whole awful experience. How can they be so arrogant? Bought the fixture online same day for my price, free delivery. Dont go there.

This place was great. Im not sure about the owner but Dane, the salesman who helped me was wonderful. I wasnt sure if I wanted a new tank kit or to upgrade an old one I had. Dane did the research and gave me a price comparison. He even opened the tank, put in the gravel and put in the decorations i selected so I could see how it all looked before I bought it. He then did the wiring and gave me extra water so all I had to do was go home, fill ti and plug it in. Fantastic customer service! No pressure to buy anything at all, only made recommendations for possible needs in the future. It is far from my house but well worth the drive.

A really good local fish store, I got several fish and live plants from them. They were very helpful with helping me choose the right fish for my tank and helped me make sense of planted aquarium care, which Ive never done before. Both their freshwater and marine collections are amazing and theyre really good about stocking on request, in my experience. Make sure to check out the huge plecos and whatnot they have in a couple of tanks, theyre a sight to behold.

The staff and owner are passionate and extremely knowledgeable about fish and aquariums, and they are generous with their time and knowledge. Helpful and enthusiastic with novices and expers alike. The store itself is well stocked with quality supplies and the livestock is uniformly healthy and well cared for. Prices are more than reasonable - typically less what you would pay at Petco or one of the other big box stores.

I love Fish Town USA. I go here for everything that I need. The products are nice and cheap and the fish are all very healthy. Everything in the store is a good price! The service is spectacular. I really love coming here, I just get lost in the store. Perfect place to go for everything you need for your fish. They sell beautiful fish tanks, too. Love this place so much! Going there today actually. =D

We were shopping for and setting up a saltwater reef tank, after a few questions with the owner, he made the unfortunate mistake of thinking we werent going to be buying anything and handed us off to young man that didnt know pricing or even how to put his baseball cap straight on his head. Well sorry Fishtown, you missed and $1800. sale and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful reef aquarium.

I like the price of the salt. The salt water selection is minimal, but the fish seem healthy. I returned a star polyp that never opened and they took it back without a problem. Prices: o.k. to expensive. WARNING: Aiptasia in nearly every tank, the owner didnt see it as a big deal at all!? I didnt see it the first time I was there and I hope I didnt get any hitch hikers!!

The owner is aweful, acts like he is gods gift to the world and if you ask him a question he just refers you to his employees. He also sold me a fish with a disease when i asked him if the fish was sick he said it was just from fighting. This man will do anything for a quick buck with no regard to the health of your tank a sleazy car dealer of the fish world.

Great staff and store. Family owned business opened for over 40 years. Wide selection of plants, FW fish, SW fish and reef livestock. Great coral selection. Plants are by far the best here, wide variety with quality selection. Support local fish stores, these guys will go out of their way to make sure you are successful with your aquarium.

Weve had fresh and saltwater aquariums for years so Im very familiar with aquarium supply stores. We recently moved to the area and it was time to start the tanks up again. The owner was rude, not very knowledgeable [and the staff knew even less] and his products were very expensive. FIND ANOTHER STORE!

Great Service and pricing. I recently purchased a new tank and they help me get all the equipment, decorations, and chemicals for the new setup. Very helpful in picking out fish that would work together, owner very friendly not sure why everyone else found such issue with him.

Great place this is now our primary fish store because great selection of fish, plants and corals and the price are decent compared to other shops in the area. It has a selection for everything but mainly specializes in Freshwater Fish, African Cichilds, corals and plants.

Got an overpriced fish.. Came home and took a closer look --ick all over. This store is a disgrace to reefer hobbyists... Poor selection, sick fish and jacked up prices.
