I dont know what the deal is, but whenever I go in there to buy stuff, they treat me like garbage. I dont know if its because Im white, because the neighborhood is almost exclusively Chinese. I went in today to get some feeders from them, and they looked at me and told me, "No, we dont sell those." I went in there a couple of days ago and the girl at the counter told me they were out of the feeders, but to come back later. When I did, I got the attitude from the Chinese boy in the hat and tattoos. I love this place because they have so much cool fish and very reasonable prices, but Id rather hoof it to Petco on Avenue Y just to avoid these racist bastards.

Have lots of collections... But an awful place to buy things. The customer service is the most horrifying. Very discourteous and unreasonable sets of people to deal with. You better off just throwing your money into the river than dealing with those people. They treat you like garbage. Brought two fish for my kids, one died the same day, the other had Ich on the skin, returned fish the next day. Absolutely no refunds, exchange policy is ridiculous. Save yourself the agony or headaches. Run away, run fast...

I buy alot stuff from this place. I buy feeders alot from this place too i belive its 5$ for 100 which is better than all the other pet shops that only gives 50 for 5$. I always get more than 100 every time. Hong i dont know why you bad mouthing this place. Its an awesome aquarium and the prices are really fair. i live on 18 and 71 and theres an aquarium next to me, I dont go to them at all because they over charge Unlike Royal Aqua world.

I try to buy feeder fish from them and its was like 50 for 5 dollar and when the guy got me my fish it was less then 30 inside I complain to the boss and he finally gave me the right numbers. workers in this play dont care you need to count what you get before you leave because chances are they gave you less then you pay for.

rip off the fish are dead or are in a very nearly dead state of being. Some of the tanks didnt even have an oxygen supply or were very dirty. Other tanks had so much pressure that the fish were forced to a corner and couldnt swim anywhere, even the gravel in the bottom was all piled up on one side.

I love their selection of live plants for fresh water aquariums! Great variety of beautiful aquatic plants that you cant find at the big chain store pet shops. They also offer a wide selection of fish to suit all tastes. A trip to this store is always interesting and enjoyable.

The ladies in this store were extremely helpful, especially when buying the fish we want for the tank. The prices for the fish were super reasonable as well. Not only that, but they gave us advice on where to park for the future! One day I will buy a grande koi from this place.

Bad Service and do not listen to what they recommended! The lady recommended the tank for crayfish But turn out the tank ph level is not suitable for crayfish ! We bought 2 crayfish there and die the next day! Never go back in again

Nice selection of livestock in fresh or salt. Can use more planted tank selections. Decent prices for regular selection ... Overpriced for oddballs.
