i lived here to a long time. dont be fooled by the golf course yes it looks nice but managment is poor. Gale in the office wont pick the phone, the supper wont even look at you takes weeks to get any thing done. Fees for things like app redecorating 199.00, yes even taxes, engery charge on and on. You will not get your securty dep back. It is a nice looking place and thats it best part, but call the office and they treat you like you are not a human. I moved out but have move into a differnt heatherwood apt pine hill south. IT is the same deal fuzzy math that only seems to work for them, the main office talks down to you. this will be my last heatherwood unit!!

The only bad reviews in here seem to be from people who live there. I thought these reviews are supposed to be for the golf course itself. Anyway, Ive played on quite a few courses is Suffolk and this ranks right up there for me. They keep the course in great shape.

My sons friend rented clubs and they took his drivers license as security. When we were done, the pro shop was locked and nobody with access to it was around or reachable. We had to leave without it. If you must golf here, bring bug spray, and your own clubs.

Pine hills sucks. They are rude at the office. It's like you live in a cult or something. They raise the rent every year and they put light colored carpet in the apartment so it's easy to mess up. Stay away from pine hills country club.

Love this place! Beautiful from tee to green. Especially for the price. Long! Bring all of your clubs. The superintendents really care about this course and there players. Happy to give a smile and advice. Love this course!!!
