My grandma got 4 drinks and was charged $15. Drinks are $1.85 so she was overcharged $7.60. My mother went back later that day after finding out what she paid. Cashier came back saying that the manager stated "Now is not a good time." Not a good time to deal with an overcharged customer? So my mother flagged down the manager who finally came over and started interrogating. Why didnt they come in earlier, etc. and is he supposed to refund everyone who comes back and says this stuff? My mom asked him how often it happens, he said never. OK, so youre quibbling over one time? (And she wasnt given a receipt either). Then he asked, Is he supposed to give her back $15? Uh no...you subtract what should have been paid from what was paid. Thats Business 101, smart guy. In the end, he waved her off and told her he didnt have time and to leave her name and address. Didnt even bother to give her a pen and paper. Could have refunded he but chose to quibble over an 82 year old womans overcharged order. We wont be back. I dont support pennypinchers who have no time for customer service.

Took the kids here on a day trip while vacationing on Honeoye Lake. The kids enjoyed it, but I was surprised how pricey things were. Most video games took four tokens and our twenty tokens were gone very quickly, with most games lasting 30-60 seconds. The interior is in need of some love as the floors and walls were pretty beat up. The mini golf course and go karts were both in good shape and a lot of fun. The staff were a mixed bag, the teenage workers were all very friendly and pleasant. However, a couple of the middle aged employees I interacted with were quite curt and gave off airs that the customer was a nusance and was preventing them from performing other menial tasks. All in all, not too bad - but be prepared to spend close to $100 for a few hours of kid entertainment.

The place is okay. Decent golfing and arcade, but the go karts arent the best. They stall a lot and you the tracks arent that fun. Also the outdoor laser tag is slow and isnt even competitive because everyone camps out and doesnt move. They also have overprice-ish food there. Your kids might get a kick out of this place, but thats really it. Not a place for teens, I believe.

I wasnt able to spend as much time here as I would have liked and they said they were going to be offering outdoor laser tag in the field behind the go kart track so Ill probably have to come back and check that out.

Great food, but yes, as most burger places, expect higher prices. Well worth it. Fun miniature golf course! Nice arcade. Many machines dispense tickets for the kids to save for prizes:)

My kids love this place. Theres a nice variety of kid friendly activities and the best mini golf course Ive ever played. Oh btw, the ice cream is outstanding.
