I was a very disappointed in the customer satisfaction. They did not try their best to make things right. I attended a birthday party where they had laser tag guns that did not work we had several of the guests call to see someone could come out and fix them. needless to say they were not fixed but the party had to continue later the mother of the birthday boy tried to contact them in regards to the equipment the lady was not trying to work with her or to compensate her on her disappointment on their equipment. The lady then post it on social social media mocking her. Unprofessional and highly disappointed.

The WOW Factor of Wilmington puts on the GREATEST of birthday parties. All the characters are the friendliest and a great with children of all ages. Any of the bounce houses have been wonderful. On time, dependable and lots of fun for both children and adults.

The bounce house and slide was a hit at my sons birthday. They delievered the bounce house on time and set it up fast! It was a blast and would recommend and we will be using this company for future parties!
