Putt-Putt would be a great place to spend a weekend at: it has a miniature golf, bumper boats, video games. They offer drinks and serve food. However !!!!!!!!!!!! the CUSTOMER SERVICE wished to be better. Staff member roll eyes on you because you come there from the organization and the certain budget. The service of one lady, that looks like a manager, was everything but welcoming. Staff members looked depressed and at times scared of that woman.. I asked the same lady for an Ice water to fill out our 2 water containers for the children to drink ; weve got two small pitchers of ice in each container with the comment: " Thats about as much ice as I can give up".. I understand, she didnt have to give us any Ice or water at all, but Is the Ice really going to break a bank? We have been there for almost 3 hours and I have not heard a single "Thank You" or "Welcome back" from any of the staff members.. as oppose, I felt like we were rushed to leave: the lady insisted on offering the ice cream, which was already paid for and was our final step at the "PUT-PUT". Am I too old fashioned? What happened to the manners and the customer service? Isnt it in they business interest to have a good relationship with organizations? Well, I really hope they will reconsider the value of their customers, and until then, I prefer to spend the time with my child at much friendlier and happier environment.

while to games are great and fun to play, the staff is a bunch of teenagers who dont really want to work. They had friends there hanging out and the employee acted like he didnt see us and when we asked to be helped to see how many tickets we had on our card he acted like we were bothering him. At the end of our visit we wanted to pick out some prizes and the employees were all hanging around the concession area and did not seem to want to help us. After standing there for 5 minutes without any recognition we finally spoke up and asked to be helped and again we were given a look that we were bothering them and felt rushed to pick out our prizes.

When asked about the different prices and things the owner got into a finger wagging and shouting rage. Very unprofessional owner and seemingly racist. I have gone there twice with my 5 year old and it was actually the other staff members welcomed us with open arms but time my African American family of 4 and I walked in the owner turned her nose up and proceeded to get nasty about every question we had about the packages. Its really sad because its been there for many years and I wouldnt recommend the place for anyone of color because obviously its not welcoming for us.

Lots of fun to be had for my child & friend at mini-golf, water boats, and go-karts. Not a huge selection of video games but enough to have fun without spending too much. The mini-golf area is nicely landscaped filled with blooming flowers, it is obvious lots of time & money are invested in that upkeep.

Roy at the go-carts was awesome. He made sure we knew what was go and stop! And when my daughter accidentally went around another lap , he was very patient and made sure she got it the next time around. Had a wonderful time. Definitely going back.

Clean grounds, courteous staff. Mini golf course is too basic and that knocks 1 star off. Skee ball gives you 7 balls for 50 cents, so thats legit. Go carts need more pickup.

One of the most beautiful Putt-Putts I have ever been to. Friendly staff, great arcade games and a fun go kart track. My family had a great time.

Im a huge mini golf fan so the courses alone made this worth the 5 star review. Arcade and gokarts were also fun, no complaints from my visit.
