I have received such great service when shopping from the employees in the aisles but when it was time for me to check out, the cashier was unbelievably rude. I waited on line for a long time and when it was finally my turn, she disappeared without a word. I waited for the cashier to return because all of the other lines were long and I didnt want to wait all over again. I had to ask another cashier if she was returning but the cashier just responded in a rude and curt manner, "Shes in the bathroom." There was no apology or "she will be right back" or even a smile. The great service I have received from the employees from the aisles seemed to have just disappeared as last impressions do matter too.

I shop here now and then when I do not feel like facing the crushing weekend crowd at Wal-Mart or BJs. Ive never had any issues shopping here. Just that you can spend more time trying to cash out than shopping due to long lines. When in the aisle, just be careful to stay out of the way of the stock boys zooming thru the ailes with those heavy duty mobile stock carts.

This GETRO is Huge, Huge than U.K .I got lost first time..But, Thanks God ! I had a GPS, so I didnt got lost, I had to navigate to find way out..The chickens were really fresh..The chicken seems friendly to eat, Thanks to chickens...America owe to these chickens...

I was discussed today by customer service 4 cashiers open and huge lines I felt sad for jetro immigrant customers how they have patience. I cant imagine that there is a manager on duty unless he careless or he hopes to put jetro out of business

Dunno about the complaints regarding cashiers attitude, we had very good experience. Also the size of packing etc is pretty good and meats & vegetables are all fresh. Specially good if you are a family of more than 4-5.

Cashiers and managers work as if they are on their period, very difficult to deal with them. But the staff along the aisles are great and usually helpful.
