Overall good trip, but at the end my kids played in the arcade and won tickets. Being little kids, they took great time and concentration picking their prizes. It was cute. As adults we know the prizes are trinkets, but to kids it is special to win tickets and use them to pick the little prizes. The arcade attendant took it on himself to start telling the kids to pick anything they wanted from the top shelf, even if it went beyond the tickets they had. I didnt really like that (see below for why.) And then when my kids picked 2 tootsie rolls as their last prize, the attendant gave them a giant hand full each. My kids counted in the car, and it was 25 tootsie rolls (for each kid), which was also not helpful because we were on our way to dinner and now they were munching on tons of tootsie rolls. :/ One of my kids didnt want hers, so she gave it to her sister, who soon told me "daddy I just ate 30 tootsie rolls." And what? I was supposed to be a party pooper and say "no" after the guy dropped the handfuls on the counter and said "here ya go!" to my kids? But its not just the food aspect. Its mainly the giving away prizes beyond the tickets that I dont like. My kids were like "huh?" They could not understand how they played the jackpot machine for the tickets and tried rolling the balls into the circles for the highest point amounts - then the prizes were handed out like they were worthless. I covered by telling my kids it was a special bonus day, but I didnt appreciate that the employee put me in that position. The attendant was a nice guy and probably thought he was doing something nice, but he should stick to the labels when people are trading tickets for prizes. I mentioned it to the assistant manager and the assistant manager said a lot of staff feel the prizes are not good enough for the tickets, so they give extra. He was a nice guy, and said he would mention it to the employees, but he seemed to think the problem was giving extra candy. I dont think he understood the main idea of what I was saying about the extra stuff not being necessary beyond what the prizes were "priced" at. Two thoughts are: 1.) If thats how they feel, then change the "prices" and the way the prizes are given out. (For the record, I think the current "prices" for the things (such as plastic frogs and disappearing ink, etc.) are fine the way they are. We spent $10 in the arcade and my kids "bought" two little plastic frogs, disappearing ink, and what should have been a few tootsie rolls which is fine. ) 2.) Think about this from my perspective as a parent. Im not going to put my kids in the car and drive away from the Bowling Alley thinking to myself, "Wow, I got a great deal on tootsie rolls." If I want my kids to have tootsie rolls, Ill buy them a huge bag at the store. Instead when I take my kids bowling and finish up with a trip to the arcade, my payoff as a parent is simply spending time with my kids in the arcade, and then getting to watch them go through their little decision process of how to spend their tickets. And when my kids get a little plastic frog and a tootsie roll, its really fun for them and (in a kid way) one of those innocent joys of being a kid to win a little prize like that. It just kinda messes up the vibe when the attendant takes it on himself to start giving out handfuls of stuff. Takes that fun away for the kids, and for me as the parent.

Lane conditions were typical house oil pattern and overall pretty decent and consistent, however, the approach area had been neglected to the point where I had to worry so much about my footwork, nothing else mattered. Even after notifying the desk of the problem, and having someone scrape something that appeared to be chewing gum from the boards.... No additional cleaning was done and the approach was precarious and sticky all night. The worker advised that "it happens all the time." Not a great testament to their lane maintenance. In the area for a few days for work.... Looking forward to getting back to my home lanes in pearl river, ny.

Overall very nice place, pretty clean, nice staff, and the "power hour" from 3-5 mo-thu is a great deal. Before fall 2012 the only thing bad about this place was crappy worn out pins, some of which dated back to 2005. That makes for HORRIBLE pin action. (previously only a 3 star rating) Not anymore!!! They have since replaced with fresh pins and much much better!!!! =)

Up there as my second favorite place to bowl in South Jersey so far, just behind PinSetters. Bowling balls, shoes, and lanes are in very nice condition, and they offer deals during the week so its not dreadfully expensive. The pins dont have the most explosive pop, but way better than Playdromes dead duck pins.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The technology is also great at thus place. The only downside us the lack of variety of balls. They have many different weights but each weight has the same finger cut and size. Not so great for someone who likes a 13-14 lb ball but the holes are just far too big.

We held a Virtual Baby Shower on the 25th of October 2015!!! The entire staff and manager were sooo accommodating, we felt like we were "family." And the food,.....awesome!!! Afterwards, my husband made it a point to tell me that this is going to be our new hangout!! #ohyeah

It was fun to play with the interactive score screen. Theyve updated the software so you can take your picture and it will show up when you are up and put the picture in different funny animations. Food wasnt that great. Typical bar food. Had a fun time with friends though.

Fun bowling venue, reasonably priced, bar inside. My only complaint is we got a lane with a giant TV screen that hung pretty low over it, but it didnt interfere and after a bit it wasnt even much of a distraction.

I bowled at this house for a tournament, wasnt my favorite. Pros- Large house, lots of lanes, some-what friendly people. Cons- not the nicest lane condition, (from what I hear) terrible leagues.
