Would give no stars if I could. Last time my family was here after the first frame my ball came out of the ball return badly burned/scraped, was told it was a "pin burn" and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Came back one more time against my bad judgement only to have my ball get stuck repeatedly in the ball return. Told the guy up front who informed me that it was my bowling balls fault it was getting stuck and I would have to use a house ball instead. He became irate wheb I refused and my ball got stuck another time before moving us over a lane and admitting the belt was broken. Never coming back again.

Im surprised an employee hasnt called OSHA. Theres holes in the walls and ceiling. Mold on just about every ceiling tile. And the roof leaks when it rains. This is just in the bar area. The parking lot looks like land mines have gone off, lol. But I was recently told that some sucker just bought the place. Maybe theyll fix it up or turn it into something better. Who knows. Either way, this place should of been shut down years ago.

Visited Hamilton Lanes with my family and a big bunch of kids on April 14th, and as usual, had a super time. The atmosphere was great, and the management - oh- so friendly and accommodating. This was our third family outing, and each time it gets better. Thanks again for a wonderful and entertaining afternoon. Will definitely tell my friends an family about the super time that we had.

We were 2 of only 3 laned being used in the entire place on a Sunday afternoon. Price we ok and kids bowl free when you sign up online. The service was not very good because there was only one kid working there and he would disappear or be on the phone when we needed him. Lanes were in ok shape and there were many light balls for the kids to use and each lane had bumpers if requested.

I went there on saturday evening with family. They refused to honor groupon, which I bought. Kind of ruined my evening, just because they have disagreement with groupon company. They should have honor it or at least gave me discount on top of their regular prices. Building doesnt seem to be well maintained and person I spoke too, sounded rude.

Hamilton lanes is right around the corner for me so Ive been going there since I was little, and its just gotten worse and worse. The prices are awful and they arent open on Mondays or Tuesdays anymore. The environment is still okay though; theres a juke box and a nice little arcade with a couple pool tables.

Place sucks, summertime no a/c. A/c hasnt worked in three years . no interest in fixing place . If they have that little respect for their customers they dont need me

Havent been here in 7-8 years. The alley looks pretty much the same but older. Therefore, the alley needs remodeling and the parking area needs to be repaved.

The building is old and leaks a lot in the rain. The staff is nice, but I dont think there have been any updates since the 80s

The place is a dive. But most of the people there are awesome. The skinny guy at the front desk is a bit high strung

The place is great. They serve food and alcohol. Only downside was that the lane we got assigned kept breaking.

Great spot to hang out with friends and play pool. Just think they should add more pool tables.

Bowling, pool, and beers. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Lanes are in good condition.

Place has not really changed in 25 years. They just moved stuff around. Time for an overhaul
