Been here twice since my last two visits to Vegas! The first time was during the day and there werent too many people, so I got to go pretty quickly. The second time was late at night and I was waiting in line with a bunch of people for about 40 minutes or so. You have to purchase your tickets in advance online (or you can also purchase in advanced in person?). I usually purchase my tickets in advance online. Make sure you arrive a little before your scheduled flight so you can print out your tickets and pick up your wrist band. Once you go up the stairs, youll get scanned in and the employees will gear you up. Just follow their instructions on what to do and everything will go smoothly. They give you a bag to put all your personal belongings inside. The long wait is definitely worth it because the experience is awesome! Especially at night! Also, I recommend zip lining on the second floor as you go much faster and its longer. Unfortunately, youre not allowed to use a GoPro, but Ive seen Youtube videos of people using them. So maybe you can sneak one on there or if the employees see that its tightly secured on your wrist/hand, they may allow it? They also take a few pictures of you at the end and you can choose to purchase them once you go down the stairs. I havent done those. Overall, highly recommend it if youre patient (if youre zip lining at night). During the day, it may not be so busy. Price is very reasonable and theres a lot of time slots available if you book ahead of time. Its starting to become a yearly tradition for me whenever Im in Vegas!

THIS IS AMAZING!! Sorry for the overdue review - I should have reviewed this well over a 1 year ago so here it goes. I experienced both the zipline (the lower for $20) and the zoomline (the upper for $40) while staying in the FSE (Fremont Street Experience area) during Memorial day weekend 2015 for the Punk Rock Bowling Concert - so yep lots of peeps there but guess what NO lines, NO waiting and an absolutely AWESOMICAL experience! My heart was beating out of my chest as I was zipping down the old strip while flying over everyone but yet under the canopy of the Viva light show I could hear Heart belt out Crazy for You and all the sounds and commoition of the street life below racing by and then BOOM - its over and the adrenaline rush takes over and I was all done convincing myself to do it again as I picked through the pictures of my flight. Totally worth it and YES!!! I would do it again and again. We purchased tickets in advanced and soared later in the evening to avoid heat and lines. Preference over the other, I liked both and had a BLAST on both. The zipline you sit on your butt and it was shorter, helped get me past my uneasiness and then I was hooked. The zoom line was longer felt like I was flying and we laughed so hard that we pretended like we were racing - I won just for the record lol DO IT - YOU WILL LOVE IT!

the over all process took over 2 hours WITH APPOINTMENT! Was told to wait in long line, we got kicked out of the line after 30 minutes of waiting and told to come back at our exact time (it was around 7:40 by then for our 8pm RESERVED time). we came back to the long line that we were just in and it DIDNT matter we were told to go to the very back of the line anyways. In order to get in at your appointment time you have to time it just right so that when you reach the front of the line its time to be let on KEEP IN MIND it will still take about another 40+ minutes once you are given access to the tower you go up the stairs to. I keep seeing a short line for ZIP riders so consider that I guess. Otherwise prepare to wait hours in the heat exposed to the sun if youre here mid day. Save youre money, personally I feel it way too overrated and could not enjoy the Zoom once it was actually our turn feeling so exhausted by then. Its TERRIBLE that you have to wait another 40+ minutes once you enter the tower yet they have no restroom available to you. The staff was working hard but it obvious they OVERBOOK the time slots!

Super cool. Never done this before. It wasnt expensive at all. You have to walk in to the check in stage and have to wait around a bit and wait for your time to walk up the steps and take your turn. They take you up on turns. You walk up a few flight of stairs so wear comfortable shoes and clothes. It goes pretty quick. All of the staff that locks you in to your harness are pretty good about making sure you are securely strapped in. They give you a utility bag to be able to put your personal belongings in but always best not to take too much stuff with you. You have the option of doing the superman position or sitting down position. Both are at different pricing points. We did the sitting down position but they all take you to the same end point. They entire ride lasts about 45 seconds and they have photographers at the beginning and the end of the zip line. The pictures are just awful and cost almost as much as the ride. They are blurry and far away. You can hardly tell you are the subject in the pictures on some of them. They dont pressure you to buy them which is good. It was a lot of fun though.

I did the zip line on the day after Christmas. The wait was over an hour and the ride was slower than I thought, but it was fun, reasonably priced and a definite must do in Vegas, especially at night. I had never done a zip line ride before. The best part was stepping off because you didnt know if you were just going to let rip and glide fast or what. However, the guys who worked at the top were definitely on the annoyed, aggressive and rude side...like screaming at people to "step forward, STEP FORWARD!" - they were aggressive and they scare me a bit. Three young girls before me had to get unhooked because they were scared, crying and changed their minds. And that did not sit well with the employees up there. Again, if youve never done it before, you dont know what youre doing, and it goes against human nature to step out into the open air. Only one guy - the man who unhooked me after it was over - had any kind of customer service skills. I agree with the other rater who said that it appears that some of the employees did not want to be working there.

A great and unique experience on its own. There is something magical about flying high through the lights and above all the action below, unfortunately I didnt see much of it. By the time i was being clipped into the cable and being lowered i was told to talk off my glasses or go down to the ticket booth and get a glasses strap and couldnt see much of the experience at all. Not too sure why the information of having to wear glasses straps or take them off was passed on at the last point of contact (there were 3 cashiers at the ticket counter, one man checking our wrist straps at the entrance of the stairs, 2 gentlemen on the mid deck where you put a harness on and 3 up at the top of the high line). A better fix would be to have the teams clearly communicate if they spot something, they did an excellent job spotting my cellphone in my back pocket. And / or just have a couple of eye glass straps at the top. Simple fix.
