Came all the way to Las Vegas Nevada from Atlanta Ga for my 21st birthday. From beginning to end.. When we arrived to the hotel we went to the outside bell desk to give the bell hop our bags while waiting for check in. White guy, tall, chunky, & bald at the crown of his head. Not too pleasant, wasnt friendly at all! Not sure if he hates his job or black people or was having a bad day. (We also interacted with him again at the end of our stay and we got the same vibe but worse.) We came back to the hotel to check in around 3-3:30, Edwin was PHENOMENAL at check in. We then went up to our room and the room was DISGUSTING! MOLD in the shower, MOLD around sink and tub drain, NONE of the faucets/handles were shined, MIRRORS werent clean NONE of them, EVERYTHING was dusty from night stands, tables, tv screen, clock, lamp, headboard (both leather and fabric) you could see the dust flying if you hit it, vent beside the bed, sides and fronts of all wood furniture, glass tops over wood furniture wasnt cleaned, bathroom door was filthy with coke splatters or something. Who knows what it was. Cups were dirty, front of sink was dirty. Called down to housekeeping and they sent a supervisor up and that took 30 minutes. She wasnt pleasant either, she actually LAUGHED when I showed her the dust flying from the headboard.. called back down to the front desk to get info about switching us to another room because the supervisor didnt tell us anything and also to talk to the manager John about how he could accommodate us. He also seemed as if he had an attitude and barely did anything. We got switched to another room and the other room was STILL DUSTY, my friend goes to sit in the red chair in front of the vanity area and falls THROUGH because there is a HOLE at the BOTTOM of the chair and isnt visible at the top.

Stayed here for two nights this past weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family. I booked 6 rooms 3 months ahead of time for a party of 12. A few of us were able to arrive Friday at the time of check in and I made sure to let them know a few other guest were going to be arriving later at night that day which we were told it wouldnt be a problem. When we got to our rooms I noticed a pair of mens wet dirty underwear hanging on the shower rack in our restroom that were completely visible. I immediately called the front desk to let them know and waited around 15 minutes for someone to come take them down. The manager came took a picture and removed them. House keeping came and just changed the curtain so I called and wanted to make sure our tub was cleaned and washed so they sent someone again to wash the tub. I noticed after that the glasses in the restroom and in the room on the table were dirty and had steins on them as if they were not properly washed so we couldnt even use them. When my other guest arrived at night they were told the rooms were over booked and they didnt have any rooms available even though I had paid a big amount on a deposit just to reserve our rooms and make sure all my guest stayed together and there was no hassle going from hotel to hotel. Not only was it my guest but the whole lobby filled with many people who had no room and had paid their deposit as well. Everyone was then sent to Trump hotel. Not only was this a huge inconvenience but also ruined our night and wasted a ton of time dealing with what should have never happened. This was a big disappointment and ruined my birthday celebration. If I could give zero stars for this review I would. I will not be recommending this hotel in the future.

Wont stay at treasure island again checked this one off. To start with there is no coffee or coffee machines in the rooms or the floors of the hotel or even in the casino! You have to go to the Starbucks or the cafe they have inside the casino to purchase your Morning coffee at 4.50 or more, for what should be supplied on the room Im staying in! The drink prices were crazy even in comparison to other casinos so its no wonder theres not as many people there. Pool and hot tub entire area was closed though when I booked it I called and they said it was seasonal but already open. The list goes on! My sister and I got locked out of our room by the hotel because they said they had a complaint for my sisters service dog which wasnt really a complaint it was the people that stayed next to us that passed us dirty looks when they seem us with the dog. My sisters 8 lb dog makes less noise at its loudest bark than my sister does when she sneezes! We were so worried just about being kicked out and having to find another place to stay that we had to find a local pet smart pet hotel just so we didnt have to worry. With the noise in the hallway it was clear this wasnt a real noise complaint the people riding up in the elevator in the room right next to us just happened not to like us. I have to say I was so disappointed in the casino we didnt do much of any gambling here and they got little money from my drinks. Ill go to mirage or the linq next time they were much more crowded and had a better atmosphere. Likely the guests had there mornin coffee without having to go all the way downstairs and buying it from Starbucks!

ok well my experience was horriable i have never ever been at a hotel that not only sends you to a room that is dirty they send you to 2 more that are dirty i went to vegas cause it was one of my sickly mothers wishes then i asked for the house keeper to come up and clean the room after speaking to supposed to be management he then gave us free buffet coupon no upgrade at all had to have a wheel chair room for handicapped then the housekeeping lady decided to clean the room right away there was dust and left over spiderwebs also drinks must have spilled on the end tables as well in the bathroom also there was poop in the toilet had not been cleaned at all i was and still upset about the way our stay was i never would have imaged our stay to be like this at all as well as the room being horriable and i do believe they havent cleaned the carpets in a long time well in our room we stayed in i will never go back there again plus there hidden resort fees didnt find out about that until we got there to check in i am so upset still about the way we all were treated as well as senor frog was nasty the staff was not friendly at all upset with my whole visit hopefully someone will call me back cause i left a memo to do that nothing yet and only how i could post this is by rateing i had to put 1 so i could share but they dont get nothing service was awful as well as there rooms
