PHONE ETIQUETTE! I dont know if it happened to be the persons way of answering the phone who answered my call when I called for band info, but I was left on the phone for 8:57. I hope the management cares enough to teach the staff how to properly handle calls IE how to put someone on hold and get back to them in a timely manner and with the information requested. This is common sense and was a very unprofessional (or uncaring individual) how it was handled. This would be good to address ASAP as it is a reflection of the owner of the place. First time for first impression. Not impressed

The men at the door were pretty polite and laid back with how they did their job. The bartenders were quite nice too! However, the man who was running sound the night I drove into town to see Allegaeon was pretty rude, and during the whole headlining bands set he wasnt even at the board. The mix needed to be adjusted but he was nowhere to be found. If they dont hire that guy again then Id rate it higher in the future, Im sure

This place sucks. Kicked me and my friend out without giving us a reason. The security guards are huge jerks and are too mean for the environment. We went to see one of our favorite bands play and they even tried to stop them from playing since they were talking to us. We paid to get in too. I do not recommend this place. One of the worst bars/lounges Ive ever been into.

This place sucks. I drove 7 hours one way to see one of my favorite bands, and the manager kicked me out for making a political joke to a buddy at the bar before the show even started. $70 VIP ticket down the drain. NEVER GO HERE!

Went to a concert here and wasnt disappointed. Its a small venue but makes up for it with the use of there space and the friendliness of there staff. Ill be going again if another band interests me. :)

Good bar and good bands, but the sound kept cutting out during the show. This happened during multiple sets. Its very disappointing to travel here for a show only to barely get to enjoy the bands.

Lots of minors being allowed to come and go as they please (normally once inside re-entry for minors is not allowed). Strip mall venue also really lame.

Went to a great metal show here perfect venue for GregFest. I dont drink but really liked that the bar had $1 energy drinks for people who are driving.

My favorite bar ever and it always feel like home. Cheap, strong and expertly made drinks, you really cant go wrong.

Great staff, bands, concert goers are easygoing and fun. A nice place to be yourself and enjoy great music.

Its too small stages not set high enough so you cant see the band from the back of the room run down

Way too hot, but a good venue for local bands. The bartender is friendly and works quick.
