DO NOT waste your time with Birch Creek. Course is in poor shape, and the course is terribly run. Pro Shop staff is extremely rude and they act like it is an inconvenience that you are there. I did my best to resist writing a poor review, but after numerous bad experiences I wanted to save other golfers from the same hassle I had. The last straw was when a friend was at the course on a Sunday afternoon hitting range balls, and decided he wanted to play a quick 9. They would not let him play because he did not have a tee time, despite the course being wide open. If it was extremely late it would be understandable, but it was 3:30. I would recommend playing Wolf Hollow or Sullivan golf course instead of wasting your time at Birch!

Unfortunately the heat got the best of these guys last year. But weve played there every year for the past few. The staff is always very nice and they do a good job keeping this course in good shape. Great rates on the greens fees. But my group will certainly head out there for 2011 and check it out. But the heat did some damage to their greens which is also one of the reasons this course is so fun to play. You are playing through the hills with elevation, greens and tee boxes tucked in among trees. Very pretty course and a lot of fun to play. Both challenging and rewarding. .

I absolutely love this course. Staff is ready to answer any questions. They keep the course in good shape and honesty a fun one to play. Front and back offer different styles with the back offering some elevation changes.

One of if not the finest public course in our area. Randy is terrific and the course is beautiful and challenging. The course could be easily confused for a country club, it is that nice. Food is great, pacing is excellent.

For a beautiful scenic setting with fine greens and a friendly country experience Birch Creek is the place to go. Once you have played it you will come back.
