This course has been in fantastic shape for the past few years. I was there this past weekend and I think 2011 will be there best year. Its early April and the course is already looking sharp. These guys care about customer experience and the pro shop staff is very informative, personal, and nice. This place is continuously in better shape that all the $70 per round courses in the area. Im a 5 handicap and my wife would have to be like a 30 or something, and it challenges golfers of all skill sets.

Ive been playing Aberdeen for years. Its a course that is consistently in fantastic shape even through the winter months. The staff is awesome and friendly and the playing the course shows that the superintendent works hard to make each visit enjoyable. The course has some really great holes and arguably the best finishing holes in 9 and 18. Id highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to have a nice round of golf at a place that rivals conditions of private clubs.

Good track to play once or twice, but gets boring after a few times. I dont understand why its popular with so many regulars. Its pretty wide open, no trees, and the greens are not very severe or very well bunkered. I can leave the lob wedge out of the bag. The clubhouse is tiny but there is a large outdoor pavilion. On the positive side, it is one of the few public courses in the area that you can walk.

Links style course. Course has always been in very good condition when we play probably 10 times a year here. Very fair test of golf. Large greens with subtle breaks and can run very fast at time. Back nine has string of 5-6 holes that run north and south, can be pretty tough in the summer when southerly wind is blowing, those long par fours become very challenging.

Assistant Pro has been very unprofessional to me and my guests on two separate occasions. Beautiful course in good condition but surprised by the lack of professionalism. and lack of inviting atmosphere at this course.

Aberdeen is one of our golf groups favorite courses. It is always in great shape. The staff is very welcoming to our womens group and it plays very fair. Theres lots of bunkers and challenges. Do go!

I have been playing at Aberdeen regularly for the last five years. The people are wonderful. The course is immaculate and the layout is challenging - especially with the wind. 5 Stars!

Course is in great shape. A bit dry, but thats how a true links course should be. Just make sure to bring plenty of balls as you will more than likely lose a few in the tall grass.

Course = Beautiful Staff = Unprofessional, argumentative jerks. If Im the owner/dog I would really consider upgrading some of my staff.

Great golf course, in my mind the best public course in the St. Louis area based on the maintenance of the course.
