Cons: - The sound is usually 5-6db too quiet. - The AV in some rooms need professional calibration. Color, contrast and clarity are way off. - Annoying red glow. Under every screen the bottom 16 of 8 is washed out by the red lights inside the exit signs and floor lighting. Its extremely noticeable and distract me from proper viewing. - The ropes in the entrances must go! You know the ones, the old-school/cattle-herding ropes that when setup try to flow sheeple traffic to 1 w places places. You know the ones, the old-school/cattle-herding ropes that when setup try to flow sheeple traffic to 1 of 2 places. I observed most people aimlessly bumping into ropes/each other/locked doors/closed entrances before they figure it out. I gather this would ultimately create long-run inefficiency, and dont forget about the added frustration for the dumb ones. Pros: + New everything! Recent technological upgrades and renovations have brought this place into the modern era. + Red leather loveseats...for everyone!! With ultra quite electronic personal comfort adjustable cup holding center armrest-UP bring a blanket and pillow because this theatre is going to let you get cozy. + A Chipotle and three grocery stores are within walking distance. Say no more. + Genuinely nice staff. The staff are young and always friendly. They are trained to make sure the guests are completely comfortable and relaxed. And they nail it. In the end this place is actually a 4.7 star quality because they have just a couple of easily fixable annoyances This theatre is definitely worth a drive for the city dwellers. Im pretty sure they still have $5 Tuesday nights 2 sweeten the deal.

You might choose a cinema for any number of reasons. Location, parking, selection of movies, seating, atmosphere, price among many others. I used to travel further than three closer cinemas, mainly because of the great new seats and atmosphere. Then, last week, I was to meet a friend at the opening Friday of the new Star Wars movie. You might remember that night - it was a blizzard fest and roads were unploughed and some rural roads impassable. Well I got there only to find out my friend couldnt make it. To make matters worse, not only had I paid for his spare ticket, but I had booked an AM ticket instead of a PM ticket! Even with the blizzard, the place was packed. I told one of the members of staff there how stupid I had been and amazingly, they not only managed to get me in to see the movie within 15mins of my original booking, they gave me an XDX ticket and a rainy day pass for my friend who couldnt make it. What amazing service! No-one said how dumb I had been to book in on line incorrectly and everyone was courteous and full of smiles! Even though the place was packed and they were all going to have to drive home in a blizzard! Thanks so much for making this dumb Star Wars fans night!

I love the comfy recliner love seats they have! It makes viewing the movie that much more enjoyable. I like that you can pick your seats, but make sure you do so in advance because last minute buyers wont get as good of seats if the film just came out. Oh and its also quite handy to pick them up at their little kiosk, no need to even stand in line with that. Their XDX screen is very nice as well. They offer alcoholic drinks while you watch your movie too which I thought was a nice touch if you want to relax, just dont over do it and ruin the movie :) The only complaint I have is how mismanaged their food stand is. Do you need 5 teenagers running one register? No. They could also use more food prepping machines and maybe even a second stand. Overall though I like this place.

This is the most grossest theater I have ever been to. My kids like it just because they get the recliner. Apart from that, if you see, the smell that hits you as soon as you enter the building is awful. Once I dropped something and it slipped under the recliner. I had to literally get down on my knees with flashlight to get my stuff. That particular moment, the amount of rotten food and garbage I saw under those recliner, man, it was really bad. my stomach just twist by the thought of it. Dont they ever clean the theater. I would never take my kids there again. This theater certainly needs INSPECTION as I feel there is nothing right about hygiene there.

This is the place I go regularly to see movies. If someone talks smack about the service, they need to get a grip. The only service you need is to get pop & popcorn. The seats are decent but it would be nice if they reclined, but considering the expenses required to run a business that size and the taxes the city, county, state & federal government impose, be grateful they have enough left to stay open. Look at Blockbusters demise, keep voting Obama and the only thing we might afford is Red Box, but then Hollywood will go out of business and then the Liberal actors & producers might get what happens under Socialism.

I very much reccomend going here if you have the option, its great in general. It has a really nice feeling, almost as if you are the greatest person on earth. They have a very nice selection of candies and treats. Not a large amount of branded sodas but the options of smoothies and milk shakes makes up for that. The seats are amazing (Most other reviews tell you this) because they recline and lift your feet upwards. Overall I recomend coming here for a comfortable and nice viewing experience. (Also I am only 12 so if an age difference makes you feel that this is not important, I completely understand.)

The Best Seats in Minneapolis. Period. I tested them all, each has its pluses and minuses. Their zero gravity power recliners are the widest, cushiest, and the armrest goes all the way and fits flush with the seat unlike others. Your partner will appreciate not getting hit the head leaning over. The prime seats are in the first 4 rows, when you are reclined, you will know what I mean. Unless you are in the larger XDX, then sit test the best position. The theater is not as busy as some others closer to the metro. Plus their prices are reasonable. Drive a bit, safe a lot.

The owners smoke in their own building. Benji and Steve Mann, as well as some other employees in upper management go into the rooms closed off for construction (such as previous auditoriums or the bar while they were closed off for construction) and smoke cigarettes while customers are in the building. The smell is very potent and distracting. While current regular employees are prohibited from even taking their smoke breaks in front of the building. The management there is very poor and unorganized.

Meh its OK. The new recliner seats are nice, but I think the guy next to me was taking a snooze. It certainly appears that this theater and others are pulling out all stops to get you in the door. Im sure the fact that you can watch movies at home or on several devices these days is putting pressure on them to try something new. I do like the new ticket lines so there is little wait and the open foyer - thats cool. Now if I would quit spending more on food than the ticket. ;-)
