This is a fascinating, but virtually unknown Museum, just 1/2 block from the MIA. The exhibitions and programming are done with flair and imagination. The Collection is amazing: The Staff is outgoing and helpful. I stumbled across the Museum from an article in the Star Tribune, and am hopeful that others will discover this " Hidden Gem"

Small, for a museum, but chock full of nifty and interesting objects, even if youre not from Hennepin County, MN. The librarys research materials, aided by helpful and friendly staff, are quite useful. A block away from the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, so you can do both without moving your car!
