The course is set up for short hitters; all of the holes are dog legs and blind to the green. The nice thing is that the course has great signage to distances to the bend and give you a cheat sheet that describes every hole and the ideal shots. The course was dry which was to be expected this early in the season but the fairways were brown on the majority of the holes. The greens were in nice condition. Beautiful area and friendly staff will make me return later in the year to see if the conditions are better.

This course has to be the worst south metro course I have ever been to . I was the first person out and traps were not groomed ... the grass cut looks like a amateur did it ... putting greens is like Golfing on the moon ...it will not go in. This course hands down is the worst south metro course I have ever been to . Save your money and drive to lakeville and golf there . I would have rated this a ZERO but Google doesnt allow for that to happen . Good luck to all that go .

Golfed last week, the course was fantastic (fairways, tee boxes, etc), greens are the best of any course Ive been to this year. New clubhouse is solid, prices for food and beer are a bit steep. Starters and pro shop are always friendly, and we had two beer girls doing rounds so we saw one every other hole. This course plays more difficult than its slope/rating, especially the back nine.

I just didnt care for the layout. Not a fan of all the quirky, blind tee-shots. Just personal preference. The condition of the greens and fairways were not worth the price, in my opinion. $60-18/cart. There are far too many courses for the same price or cheaper in the area, that are in better shape. I havent played here in 8 years, and now I remember why haha.

I think this place mustve been under some sort of landscape job cause there was dirt tossed everywhere... I really liked the driving range though! The pro shop was nice as well. Staff was very nice, and they had a good cigar selection as well. Driving range was nice and well maintained. Id return again, maybe this time to hit balls farther than 25 feet!

Poor golf course, ran by the city of Apple Valley which does not know how to maintain a course. Tons of random pits of sand. Hay in the middle of course. And they are incompetent to restock their French fries. So technically I wasted some money there! Go to a privately maintained golf course for cheaper! These people have no clue what they are doing!

A solid, fun municipal course. Little frustrating and can be slow as most holes are blind, no clue as to where the front group might be. Greens have fun undulations but slow. Back 9 is one of the more challenging and fun nines in metro.

This is a solid golf course at a decent price. Im a terrible golfer but was able to navigate myself through and didnt struggle too badly. Ill come back if I ever feel the need to embarrass myself again.

Not too bad of a track. A few tough shots out there, but pretty straightforward for the most part. Kept in very good condition from my experience. Friendly staff.

After 9 holes the bar and food closed down at 6 before we finished our second 9. I would not of golfed there if they were planning on only being half open.

Newly remodeled Clubhouse friendly staff. Very short course makes it extremely playable for anyone. One of the better City courses that I have played

This is a great course. Challenging enough for low handicaps but not too challenging where most skill levels will have a great time.

Goose poop everywhere. Several greens poorly maintained. A few fairways have large dirt patches... come on. Blind spots everywhere

If you like blind shots, blind hazards, and guessing where to hit your tee shots, youll love this course

Great inner city course at a reasonable rate. Best within the 15 mile radius of Apple Valley.
