Went here over this past weekend and never had a poorer experience at an arcade. First off let me tell you, what they charge for credits is outrageous and on top of that, theres an activation fee to just put credits on a card! Anyways, we put credits on our card and were ready to game. Not even a minute in, the games were faulty. Wed swipe our card and itd take our credits, but we were unable to play. This was occurring in more than just a few of their games as well. We went up to the front desk and complained, which he then called a "game technician" over and made us wait by the machine that was giving us problems. The game technician showed up, did not even speak one word to us, and just fiddled with the machine. I went back up to the front desk after not being spoken to by their "game technician". The man at the front desk quite rudely told me the game technician was suppose to speak to me, which he did not at all. After all of this, they did not even refund us the credits taken from our card, so I demanded a refund for what I paid. The manager was called up and it seemed as if she had no idea on how to do a full refund. We ended up getting a refund for the credits we bought, but were not even refunded for the "activation fee" and tax. Would never ever recommend this place to anybody, spend your money elsewhere that actually cares.

Were planning our family gathering and Sky Deck Sports Grille & Lanes was the 1st place of choice. I called to ask a few simple questions to finalize things and encountered the young girl that answered the phone knows nothing about the place she works for. She did not know if there was website or what it is. Instead of saying "Let me find/get that for you", she puts me on hold, then comes back to tell me (the customer) "We are to busy and for me to call back!" REALLY! !? I asked for the manager and she hangs up the phone!. WOW!!... Thats sad, stupidity, poor customer service, and poor representation for a business. When I called back, Im already upset in how the 1st call went and now Mike, a manager answers the phone. Mike was no better, he gave more excuses for the girl actions like Im to believe she dont know how to use the hold button or provide customer service. So NO apology given from Mike nor customer service given any better than the first call made. Believe what you see, hear or read at 1st point of contact! Our business is going elsewhere where appreciated and welcomed at first point of contact!

Disappointing. I have been to the Sky Deck several times since they opened. Service was never great, but figured that was because they were new and still getting settled in. The last few visits service had been declining. Last and final visit was the worst. Waited 10 minutes for a host to come to the host desk (sign said to wait to be seated). Once I was seated, no one ever came to my booth. Restaurant wasnt busy and there were staff hanging around talking to each other, including the manager. I flagged someone down after 15 minutes and asked to talk with the manager. I watched the her go talk to the manager and gesture over at our table. The manager glanced over then turned and walked away. At that point we got up to walk out, on our way out the manager finally came over and offered us a free meal. We declined, after waiting 25 minutes we did not want to be in their establishment any longer. It is unfortunate; I work in MOA and would regularly recommend SkyDeck my customers. Now I recommend anywhere but SkyDeck.

Sky deck has a wide selection of entertainment to choose from, and has adult and child entertainment balanced properly. When it comes to some of their attractions though, the price is enough to turn people away. Bowling is an outrageous ordeal, with games potentially costing over fifteen dollars depending on how many people are playing. The pool tables there are some of the cheapest in the cities, at a flat rate of six dollars an hour, and the arcade isnt too pricey either, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff have polar opposite views about their jobs, with most of them giving off the vibe that they hate being there. One employee in particular though keeps me coming back, with his bad jokes and genuinely pleased to be there. If youre looking for a drink, avoid mixes, since the sizes are small enough to mistake them for shots. All in all, sky deck should be seen as a place to bring a date for some ski ball or a night with the kids, but do not go here to find a positive bar scene.

This place is a joke. Games are way more expensive than Dave and Busters. Plus when you try to trade in tickets for prizes they claim they are all out of prizes that you want. Then you ask for the display prizes, and they say only a manager can approve display prizes. Then the creepy bald guy that was yelling at employees to go home because their shift was cut, claims he isnt a manager. Really no managers on duty? Also you can only recharge the games cards at hostesses stand, the self service station is broken. Why cant you recharge game cards at the bar how hard would that be? This place doesnt pay attention to details. The employee who was working the prize station was nice, but he got cut. I had enough tickets for a drone and neon sign, I left with neither. This place is scam stay away!

Walked in thinking it would be a nice place to eat and play some Arcade Games. They have a sign up front that requests you to wait for a server however there was no host and we waited for quite awhile. Understandable, but this was a Friday Night. Finally someone begrudgingly got us to a seat. The only redeeming factor of the night was our server who was spot on with her service, so thank you. I wish I would have remembered her name. The games are difficult and frustrating and the payout rate is absurd in relation to the prizes which are absolute garbage. I shouldnt have to throw down $20 on a card, which you pay $2 for anyways to win a stuffed animal out of a crane game. The food was mediocre at best, I ate it. I originally had this at one star but gave it two because of my server.

Went here for the UFC 189 fight. There was a $10 cover and It was seat yourself so I had a seat at an open table. Waited 30 minutes without being waited on so I went and sat at the bar. Had to yell at the bartender to get her attention. One bartender had an open drink without a lid and then another one used his BARE FINGERS to get olives our of their container and put them in some peoples drinks! Glad I could see where the bartender was getting my drink from! Will not be coming back here for food! I just wanted to update my review. It was brought to the bar manager, Petes attention that this review was posted and he came over to me personally and apologized for my experience. He got me a drink in the house so that I could at least leave happy. Kudos and thank you to Pete!
