First time going out to Waterford. I was told to take off my hat or leave the lounge bar after I had ordered a drink. When I was told this I asked why other people were allowed to wear their hats. About half the men in the bar were wearing hats. The bouncer said it was because a fight that happened last week. I believe this however, I asked why they hadnt asked anyone else to remove their hats. The bouncer blew me off. I stood outside the door for 15 minutes and watched. The workers there said nothing to anyone else wearing a hat in the bar. More people continued to walk in with hats on and nothing was done. This was a case of total discrimination. For what I am not sure. I was dressed nicely wearing american eagle jeans and a dress shirt. My hat was just a Michigan State hat because that is where I graduated from. This place is complete joke. I am disgusted and offended with how I was treated by several of the employees. Needless to say I will not be going back to Waterford.

Its probably my favorite bowling alley, but minus a star because the staff never seems to be very friendly. I know Im polite and friendly to them. I cant remember a time I spoke to someone there and thought "wow, they were really nice". Just seems like if you arent a "regular", you get a different attitude from staff. Its a great place to people-watch, especially on the weekends. I think the drinks are reasonably priced. The food is your typical greasy bowling alley food; fried everything lol.

Awesome staff. Always friendly. We purchased a "kids bowl free" pass. Always have found an open lane. Great family fun. This place also offers volleyball leagues. Only wish they opened earlier but I have a small child.

Its a okay place! A couple dicks as bouncers and a few cool ones too never had a bad experiences with the bartenders ethe! Its poping some nights and sometimes not! But i just go to play some BP on Wednesday nights !

Price and time changed weekly. People behind the desk were very rude. Bartender picked up drinks before we were even done. This is my third time coming and having a bad time. I will not be coming again.

Fun family atmosphere. Bowling, darts (Steel and soft), dancing, volleyball, corn hole, and more! Good food, great service, always a fun time at Airway.
