Frank helped me host a client appreciation party for close to 50 people, and my team and I were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went. We were able to schedule out a date over the phone with Frank, and he was available to answer our questions months out and last minute. All of our guests were able to have shoes and bowling balls on a night with league games going without feeling crowded or rushed. The pizza was surprisingly good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Frank arranged a ticket system for us to be able to easily provide our guests with drinks. Frank and his staff adjusted to our groups needs, and were very thankful for the great service his team provided on a busy Thursday night!

I booked a birthday party here, and my daughter was so excited for it. We were sorely disappointed. Our table was dirty when we got there, no one greeted us, it took and hour to get drinks, and an hour and a half for food. Our extras that we were supposed to get with our party package were given to us when our party was over and our guests had all left. Our party host was all but nonexistent. We never got napkins for our pizza and didnt have enough plates or cups. We will NOT be returning for anything, even to bowl. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I remember coming here as a child and having fun, but I guess things changed. the workers are horrible they made my experience very bad, I was enjoying my time when someone brought in a literal kitten (no, I am not kidding) and so they were chasing this guy with the cat out of the store when the lady working there literally bumped into saying move it! After that she kicked me out and I had nothing to do with it! All I can say is Ill never bowl here ever again.

Definitely my favorite bowling alley that is in Flint. The staff are friendly, the food is good for a bowling alley, the drinks are affordable, the lanes are in good shape. Two hour bowling specials on the weekend, and glow bowl if you go late enough. Richfield bowl is the bowling alley to be at in Flint.

Nice lanes, quick counter help, lots of cool games for kids and adults to play in separate room. Good selection of food to choose from at snack bar. However, for sanitary purposes, all persons handling food should wear plastic gloves. Overall, nice place.

Our family had a great time bowling. I was very disappointed that our balls were constantly getting stuck and the lanes werent reseting after we were done. Paid by the hour and spent lots of unnecessary time walking back and forth to the desk.....

75 lanes available at the moment but they cant allow 3 people to bowl because they need a few of them for leagues??? Are you kidding me??? Wont ever be back here again. If only I could give half a star...

Good for glow bowl. Food is okay and there is a room full of pin ball machines if you like that kinda thing. The lane equipment is a bit dated but it works.
