I went there to get an application for employment, the woman at the desk told me to come back in 2 weeks in August, I came back and it was the same woman, she went and asked a guy where the applications were, he said that they will be in on monday (8/16/10), so i went back today (8/19/10) and there was a different lady at the desk and I asked for an app, their was a guy at the counter that said they didnt print them for us so come back next week, and I said well can I write down my name and number for you to call me when they come in, the guy said (word for word) "No, no, no, I dont care what you are telling me! NO!!!!" and I said "Im not telling you anything im just asking if I can give you my name and number and call me when they come in, he said "No, I said come back next week when they are printed and come in!" Yeah... that really happened... that guy was a jerk and I dont recomend that place to anyone, maybe hes the reason that their so dead everytime I have walked in there.... Ya think?!?!

We had our daughters 6th birthday party here. We did the jump and bowl package with about 12 kids and an additional 20 adults to help us celebrate. Debbie was AMAZING! Our tables were set up and ready to go when we got there. She explained what I needed to do, took the order for additional food and drinks, and was very attentive. It wasnt until we were leaving that I realized how many parties she was running. We never felt rushed or forgotten. It was an amazing time and the price was good too. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Waterford Lanes to anyone at anytime.

Absolutely rude staff. Came with a group of 5 and she was rude from the beginning. My friend then went up to get a couple pitchers of soda and he called him a maam. And then we went back up to get another game for all of us, after 2 frames it turned off and she proceeded to inform us that we only bought one game (10 frames) she assumed that with a group of FIVE people, we didnt want another game per person. Would never recommend going there to anyone. CENTURY BOWL is where I will always go from now on.

Terribly under-conditioned lanes and well understaffed. This was my second experience there with the same results. Im also not sure why you would open a bowling "alley" in this decade and keep with the old décor/style that every single center in the city already has. The bowling alleys of the past have a failing business model and that is being proven on a regular basis as they close down across Metro Detroit. Resistance to change and improvement will always lead to failure.

You gotta get some Waterford Lanes bowling action. It has the nostalgic feel of an old school bowling alley with pretty comprable prices. I have gone to almost every bowling alley in the Waterford/Bloomfield area, and this always hits on the top of my list. The lanes are well maintained, the price of beer pitchers is fairly inexpensive and there usually isnt an issue getting a lane. Go here and roll a couple games, and hey while there try the nachos.

It has a jumping area for kids with 4 or 5 jumping castles. Food comes fast. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We celebrated a kids birthday at the bowling area in early spring; we didnt book. There was space for our small party and we later moved effortlessly to the jumping area. It looks a bit drab and worn down; its no Jugle Java to be sure, however the kids enjoy it the same.

Spent $110 with 7 kids on several lanes. Guy at desk shut our lane down in 10th frame and refused to let us finish bowling or 2nd game b/c one of the younger kids bowled down the ally several times waiting for the rest of us to finish. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in Michigan :( and in front of a bunch of kids wanting to finish their game.

My son was invited to a birthday party here and he has food allergies so I called to double check what he could eat safely. They were amazing when I called in and dig through their ingredient lists and food allergen lists to answer all of my questions. It says a lot about a place when theyre willing to (nicely) do all of that research for me. Thank you!!!

I went here for something fun to do on a rainy day, however my rainy day was turned into absolute trash from the second I walked in the bowling alley. The staff was extremely rude and acted disgusted(with eye rolling) when my elderly grandmother the ball got stuck in the gutter. Never coming back. Would never reccomend! What a terrible experience.

Exceptional Facility! Great staff, friendly. Many fun things to do at this facility from young to old. Golf simulator, many lanes, spacious bowling area, spacious bar and loved the elevated lanes. Unique and different environment and loved it and would love to bowl there again.

I was surprised at how nice this place was! Most bowling alleys are pretty run down, but this one was clean and fresh. There was a huge kids play area, and a large bar in addition to the main bowling alley. They staff was very friendly

Great place...very clean!!! Seemed a little understaffed and we had to wait for shoes and to order food. But the cook brought our pizza to us at our lane. Pizza was great! Highly recommend.

We always have a wonderful time here! The kids can play on the bounce houses, play some arcade type games and win prizes! Bowling is always a good time and the open bar and food is great too

Clean but small. Lanes not all maintained well. For a quick game ok as long as you dont go on a Saturday night during open bowling , 40 minute wait.

Been bowling there for two years on a league and the lanes are great. The leagues are well organized and the staff is helpful too.
