Although the establishment is kept in good condition and relatively clean, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The number one problem? The Staff. I have never been so consistently treated like dirt by someone I was handing my money too. Any time there is a malfunction on the lanes, which happens more often than you would expect, it takes about 3 attempts of asking for help before we get any. And the response is usually that they send someone over to watch us play because they dont believe us. My friends and I bowl extremely often and Wonderland is within 5 minutes of all our houses. Because of this we have gone their an unfathomable amount in the past few years and the rude service has been the only constant with this place. That doesnt change when you head into their bar either, there is usually an older woman behind the bar and the dirty looks she gives as you wait over 10 minutes per drink are enough to make your blood curdle. I also usually love food from bowling alleys, but the tiny and usually unmanned grill leaves a lot to be desired. I wish none of this was true because I have to drive more than double the distance to the next closest bowling alley but just being treated like a human makes the drive well worth it.

Stopped in recently with a few friends. We were all Impressed with how clean it was and how nice the bar was. After our first game we decided to get some beers. I went in to get a pitcher of beer, stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes after I told the bar tender what beer we wanted. Come to find out, they went out to our table to card everybody else. Some other lady came back to the bar and said "only 3 glasses, 1 isnt drinking". Yeah, she was the DD. She proceeded to stare at me with an attitude. I just bought a house very close by to this place, Ill go back out to Plymouth if I ever feel the need to go bowling again. In the meantime, I wont return. We were not impressed with the staff. I understand looking after your liquor/beer license but do it in a different way.

I recently bowled at this bowling alley and had a great time. It was easy to see why it was voted one of the top bowling alleys in Michigan on Click On Detroits "Best of Michigan" list. The service was great and everyone who was on staff was eager to assist me. Also, the bowling alley is the cleanest I have seen around here. All in all, I would highly recommend this alley and completely disregard the other review on here because it is entirely inaccurate.

I LOVE this bowling alley. I can understand that some people say that it doesnt seem updated, but its well kept and definitely clean. The lanes are wood (not synthetic) which is hard to find these days. The staff is really nice and super helpful. The bar/lounge IS updated and AWESOME! Super cool place to hang out! And their karaoke and comedy nights are a blast! I would recommend this bowling alley to anyone!

First off, they have an excellent bar. They also do an outstanding job keeping the bowling alley clean. Also the people who work here are pretty nice, especially the owner. The music sucks and they play the same crap over and over and over again. Ive never seen anything like it. It also sucks to have to share a table with another team. This place could be great, but some adjustments need to be made.

I bowl a few times a month with the family, and every time we have, weve had great service. The atmosphere is nice, clean, the staff, and even the other customers are always freindly and I would definately recommend it to anyone. We have also held a few fundraisers, and birthday parties over the years, and the owners were always helpful and great to us.

I bowled here one time. nice lanes. sadly my girlfriend at the time broke up with me soon afterward, now Im not blaming Wonderland but you have to wonder if there is a connection... Maybe she didnt like bowling? But you cant blame Wonderland for that. Anyway my beer was a little warmer then Id liked it to be so 4 stars.

Great service, great people, great time. My family bowls several times a year. Everytime we come in we have a fantastic time. David and his staff are first rate. I recommend this business to anyone and everyone. The Commerce/Walled Lake community is lucky to have such a gem in its backyard.

Had a problem with one of their lanes, took a chunk outta my ball. They fixed it for free in the pro shop and gave us our bowling for free. They have a nice bar, a ton of lanes, great staff, and are close to home. Great place and a really enjoyable atmosphere.

Excellent lanes. My grandson and I took advantage of the bumper lanes on an early afternoon. He had a great time and his highest score! The lady in charge was very helpful. Well be back!

I bring my family to Wonderland regularly and have never had a bad experience. I wonder if the negative reviews I see here were meant for the now defunct Wonderland Lanes of Livonia.

A great local bowling alley. They have an updated bar area and great service. They have helped us with several fundraisers in the past and are always eager and willing to help.

Great lanes, clean bowling alley, and very friendly staff. Theyd be a 5-Star place if they updated their scoring system, its probably from the early 90s.
