There is amazing atmosphere in this place. The building is over 100 years old and the old brick and exposed beams are beautiful. Theres not a bad seat in house- very comfortable. The decorations are enchanting. The staff and volunteers are so welcoming and friendly. Open mic can be seriously impressive and its free! Lots of options at the bar and many local beers on tap. The sound quality is great and you can tell the performers love the vibe here. Oh, and the bathrooms are great, too. I love this place.

Acorn Theater is a really cool place to see an artist perform. The building used to be a corset factory, and theres lots of character in the walls. Theres a bar where you can try stuff from the distillery next door. The acoustics are really good, which surprising for an old factory building. And theres an old wooden organ. Havent heard it play but a friend said it sounds unique because the pipes are made of wood. This would be a great location for an artsy date.

With family and friends, I have been attending events at the Acorn since its first season several years ago and have enjoyed concerts, comedy, theater, nature programs - you name it. Always wonderful and a very unique space--the site of a once corset factory! We are warmly welcomed for each and every event. The Acorn is a gem! You havent been there? Go soon! You will be delighted.

First time visiting this lovely little space. I wish I lived closer and could attend more often. I enjoyed the performance by Chad & Jeremy very much. Their intimate show fit this venue perfectly! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great evening!

Great music, the tribute bands are all excellent and all are selling out quickly. Just seen Journeyman a tribute to Eric Clapton. One of the best guitar players Ive ever seen.
