A Private User

My first trip to this venue was for a performance of Swan Lake, I had difficulty locating the Center due to a lack of signage and there was no street number visible. Once found, my will call tickets were readily available and the venue was clean, spacious and security was visible. The performance we attended started 15 minutes late without explanation, but once it began, it was a great experience. The ushers could do a better job of locating and educating those inconsiderate spectators that seem to be unable to put a cell phone away for 2 hours, one such person used her cell phone as a light to read her program through most of the performance.

My wife and I arrived at the single showing of Hairspray 20 minutes before the curtains were supposed to open. The line was a mile long. "No problem," I thought, "my tickets are at will-call, Ill be able to snatch them up and sit down well before the show starts." Sadly I was mistaken. They only have three windows to handle tickets and it was 20 minutes into the show before we got to the window. This was after we were told that they were holding the show until everyone was seated. Im very disappointed in MPAC, three windows to handle ticket sales? At least I know now to have the tickets mailed to me beforehand.

My husband and I went to see Tim Hawkins and John Branyan tonight. Even Tim commented at the start of the show about how beautiful the venue was. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and the staff were polite and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to attend another show or event.

Our first time visiting for a concert and we were impressed! The Staff that we came into contact with were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics were great. We will be attending future events there, it was a pleasant experience.

Went to see Shen Yun 2017 performance. Sat in the balcony where there was ample seating. The performance was nice, but it went from freeing to really hot in the building throughout the course of the show. Good facility for venues though & easily accessible to downtown.

Had to endure a metal detecting wand ! It was the slowest process and made me miss the most of the opening act! I wish I could rate this place lower than 1! This was too much ! I will show my displeasure by boycotting future MPAC events!

The church of the Highlands is located her in the mpac center. The Church of the Highlands was a life raft for me on a sinking ship. I absolutely love this this church.

Nice venue for such a small town. They actually get some pretty decent acts. I saw Cake and its small enough that even the view from the balcony was good.

Very clean facility and the AC is cold. Great place to have a conference for thousands, or use one of the smaller conference rooms for something smaller.

Very surprised how much Montgomery has improved very nice atmosphere and everybody was very friendly.
