We frequent here for golf and brunch, nice facility and have always received great service from Andrea. Therefore, I recommended FHGB for Moms birthday brunch celebration this past Sunday. Unfortunately, Andrea wasnt working, our service was less than desirable. I was told by a female wait staff that only one server was assigned to our group of over 50 people.... UNBELIEVABLE! It would have been appropriate to have been greeted by a manager upon arrival, introduced to staff who would assist our group and provided follow up. I did receive a visit from a male manager(Mark??) at 4:05(our event was until 4:00) as @ 10 of our guests were standing at the banquet room door saying goodbyes. He said we need to get this room cleared out for a wedding, Im going to need you all to leave. Whatever happened to customer service etiquette; politenes, thank you for coming, we appreciate your business. I said it would have been nice to have seen him during our event he said, "wasnt one of my managers around?" I responded, "no if they were I dont think we would have needed to keep getting up to find a server." Mark and team can take some customer service lessons from Andrea.

We were married at Fox Hills - Golden Fox on Sept. 11th. The renovations made to the Golden Fox were stunning, absolutely beautiful! The staff here, especially Rebecca, were great to work with. Each time I contacted Rebecca she was pleasant and very helpful. The food was delicious and all our guests were happy. Terry, the manager that oversaw our wedding, day of, was fantastic as well. It rained all day and he held off setting up the outdoor ceremony site for as long as possible because he knew how much we wanted the ceremony outside. The entire staff here really prides themselves on making their clients happy and doing whatever they can to make their wedding (or any event you are hosting) the best. We were so pleased with everything that we would highly recommend Fox Hills and will definitely consider them for future events.

I attended the Sunday brunch for the first time and frankly, it was the best brunch buffet Ive ever had in my recent memory. EVERY dish, from your typical breakfast food like eggs and waffles, to a great variety of desserts, roasted vegetables, fish, and meat dish offered, was absolutely DELICIOUS. The servers were also very polite and courteous. Their smiles gave off positive energy, an important addition to the already bright and cheerful room with many big windows that welcomed plenty of sunshine. The views out the window were also very pleasant--gazebo, flowers, green grass, made me wonder whether this place is popular for weddings. Many of us loved the food and the entire experience so much that we are already planning to come back next month, bringing our husbands and children next time.

Review is specifically for the Golden Fox course. We enjoyed the course and the staff were very helpful. However, it might have been the worst experience ever related to golf carts. They are GPS controlled and limited from driving in several areas on the course. The cart basically shuts down when you enter one of these areas (which seemed to be on every hole) and you can only reverse out at 1-2 mph. This got extremely annoying and probably added 15 minutes to our 9 hole round. The annoyance was not just recognized by our 4 some - we talked to a few other groups and hey had similar comments.

I have been golfing at Fox Hills for the past 10 years....every Saturday morning with my dad. I have seen Fox Classic remain a true favorite for golfing patrons, the Golden Fox become the "new" course to play and the Strategic Fox bringing families together to learn the game of golf. I have played many courses and I can assure you that you wont find a better facility than Fox Hills. From the moment you pull in the drive and see the beautifully manicured courses, to the friendliness of the pro shop and food and beverage staff and the tastes of the amazing culinary team, you wont be disappointed!!!!

My Wife and I got married at Fox Hills and booked the Sunset Ballroom along with they Wisteria Ballroom in the Golden Fox. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was great and incredibly attentive, the landscape and property were absolutely gorgeous for both the ceremony and pictures on site, and the food was fantastic. All of our guests could not say enough about the food! If I could change anything at all, I just with the bridal suite was bigger and not attached to the main womens restroom. Overall though, we were thoroughly impressed and exceedingly happy.

My wife and I had our reception at Fox hills classic, and overall it was amazing. From start to finish Rebecca handled all the details with professionalism and thoroughness. The communication was clear and constant which is what we were looking for when planning our reception. The food was amazing. The staff were fantastic. The day of Jim the manager on site running the event was extremely detail oriented and anticipated the guests, the brides, and my needs. Everything was handled well so we could just focus on having a good time.

Fox Hills has it all. Golden Fox is an amazing, upscale course, challenging, but worth every penny. The Fox Classic is nice for a round of weeknight golf and my kids LOVE Strategic Fox which is the par 3 course, very well maintained and reasonably priced. Perfect-short distance-for a quick round with clients or with the whole family. I have been to weddings there too, nice facilities in summer or winter and the food and service was excellent. Definitely worth checking out...

Wanted to thank everyone at Fox Hills for their exemplary service and top rate wedding coordination. We had our reception at the Summer House and it was well catered, well served, and very fun. What a blast! Thanks for all of your service. Ryan of the Summerhouse did an awesome job of attending to anything we were in need of the day of and his staff pleased everyone! Rebecca did an awesome job making it turn out the exact way we had planned. Best day of our life!

Exceptional. My first time here for Easter Sunday Brunch. The food and staff were excellent. All staff members I observed (even those not interacting with me) were cheerful and polite. The selection of food was incredible and my experience was festive. The staff should take a bow. With the amount of people being served at peak, the logistics were a challenge; one that was handled well by all staff concerned. A cut above.

When we went a few times for brunch, the food including the desserts was fabulous and the service was great! We were telling others and they decided to attend with us for the brunch, their desserts were extremely downgraded, it was so awful, so we will not be returning. It was not a good experience and that was the last time. We wont be returning. It is a shame when great places take a turn for the worst.

Overall a good place for golf. But, There is a guy at the Strategic Fox Clubhouse named Phil who had no respect for any of the customers. He questioned my membership multiple times even after checking on the computer. Refused to give me my rights to range balls from my membership. He had no respect for my friend and I who both had memberships. Everything else is good
