We just went there last night for the One Night Of Queen performance. The employees were super. Very courteous and friendly. Some of them were even dancing up the aisles during the show. The seating was comfortable. We do wonder why the aisle seats have such a dip in the flooring. Many people were tripping and wondering the same thing. The show was fabulous, but we didnt think the acoustics were real good. The ceilings are very high. The gal who did the introductions could not be heard very well. We were in the orchestra section, so not all that far away from the front. The staff moved us along pretty quickly, so that we were seated by showtime. They were always standing by to help find seats and give direction. We will surely return for other shows.

My sister graduated high school today from there the lady at the front "helping" people was horrible. My sister wasnt exactly sure where to go to pick up her diploma And she is mentally disable and I didnt even say anything, just started to follow her and this short and spikey haired lady that works there shouted at me that "You can ABSOLUTELY NOT go down with her. You Have to go and wait outside NOW!" She came out panicking because she got confused. That lady has been rude before. Not EVER going back to the Whiting!!

Horrid! Really do not care about customers, service, or honoring previous agreements when their plans change. They just moved my tickets to the Kite Runner to a small theater across the street with General Admission seating. Was planning to take my 82 year old mother to the show, but standing in a long line to get a decent seat is just not an option. And this is not the first time they have moved a performance from the Whiting to another location for their "convenience".

Very pleasant environment here. Definitely dress to your best when attending an event here- the decor alone will likely surpass your fancy apparel. I could stay here for hours just looking around at the lighting and chairs. Theres a corner everyone can get lost in, and Id recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to have a look around.

The Whiting is a beautiful auditorium, and the layout and stage are excellent. They put on lots of good shows and concerts here for area residents. It is a true Flint gem and tradition.
