Greens are very misleading with the break- meaning there usually isnt one although there will be a big slope. Greens roll fast although have no spin. Hole 15 wedge shot from 80 yards out, I hit the center if the green (made an actual divot) and it rolls 10+ feet to the fringe (I play Titleist NXT so this doesnt happen). If you are wanting a smooth ride with a cart, forget it. No cart paths and the fairways are only hills with major bumps. My overall review rates this as a "Wanna be Hard Course." I would choose Burning Tree over this, at least I have no expectations from Burning Tree and a cart can ride smoothly.

I can drive my husband around to golf. I enjoy watching and help track his ball. Great hot dogs. Their dog Bunkers is a joy. He likes everyone . We bring our grandkids out once a year to play. Family friendly.

Played here because we got a good deal on GolfNow. The only complaint I have is the sand traps. Absolutely terrible.
