Had a good time during the night but right before closing people were hopping the vip booth railing. security seen them and did nothing about it. About five minutes later my wallet was stolen from right next to me. I noticed it immediately and went to talk to the security guard in charge of the vip. he told me maybe i lost it and to check the booth. when i told him there was no possible way and that it was taken he told me there was nothing he could do. i was sent to the front lobby and when i talked to the cashier she said " i dont know why they sent you to me" she then sent me to the bar where i was ignored for about 15 to 20 min. Finally at around 2:45 the manager and head of security came to talk to me. even though by then it was too late to do anything useful they were by far the most helpful, just wish they had thought the situation was important enough to get their attention earlier, not almost an hour after it happen.

Update: in desperation, I decided to give bleu another try because one of my favorite djs was there. I bought presale tickets, but had to stand in line outside in the cold for an hour and a half. I highly recommend not going to this place and going somewhere else. (from the line outside bleu). was excited to see this place reopened, so I went to check it out. bad idea... they kept cramming more and more people in until you couldnt even move. after a number of drinks I decided it was time to go out for a smoke... but wait... they wouldnt let me leave. no joke. I was told to go and try to sneak one in the bathroom. if I went outside id have to pay 20 more bucks to get back in, and they were serious. So I went to cash out of the bar, but since I was leaving I was given lowest priority and was ignored for 20 mins. terrible night and regretful spending of my money.

ABSOLUTELY terrible!! They made those with will-call ticket stand in line for over an hour and half, while those who had not purchases tickets yet (in another line) were let in continuously at a faster rate. This place was OBVIOUSLY trying to make more money by charging and letting in those who had not bought tickets yet, while making those who had will-call tickets wait to get in the club. UNBELIVEABLE. Those in the will-call line for the Morgan Page concert were outraged and management was TERRIBLE. Do NOT buy tickets for this venue... unless you want to be taken advantage of.

I spent 87 dollars on 10 drinks and then asked for a cup of water. The bartender wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a cup of water, so I asked to speak to the owner. After about 10 minutes of trying to get a free cup of water for my date, we were both escorted from the building. I told the owner he was ridiculous for not giving us free water and he proceed to throw a cup of water in my face. Ive never had to deal with such disrespectful people in my life. Please dont give them your business.

Went to Bleu for a bachelors party, had a blast. Bought a few more bottles than intended but no harm done. The dancers and waitresses were very friendly and hung out with us unsolicited. The proprietors, Mitch and (forget her name), were very kind when I forgot my jacket. When I emailed them, they could have kept the jacket or required I pick it up, but instead they were kind enough to bring it to UPS for it to be shipped to me.

I HATE THAT THE SELL YOU 11 DOLLAR GRAYGOOSE AND THEY GIVE YOU SOME NASTY VODKA confronted the bar attendant they gave us the real deal and some extra for free. Just terrible, place seems to be empty every time (no wonder) expect to spend 100+ for night for cheated vodka. The owners are so ignorant, that they wont even want to talk to you. I hope the know we will spread the word about this experience, we will NEVER come there again!

I was thoroughly disappointed with Bleu, I thought it was going to be a lot better. There was barely anyone there on a Friday night, everyone was just standing around. The drinks were gross AND expensive. You had to wait in line to go out to smoke. Ill never be going back.

What kind of bar charges 5 dollars for water? I just wanted ice and tap.water, but tap was unavailable. The atmosphere was lame, the light show needs work, random club set up thats awkward to move in, and the employees all looked like they hated the place. Waste of time.

Overpriced. No water unless you wanna pay over 3 bucks for a little bottle. My friend ordered an orange juice sent it back because it tasted like water. He gave her a lemonade instead, she said it still tasted like water.

Employees acted like zombies. Gave me illegally watered down liquor (shot of Bombay sapphire tasted like almost straight water). Douchey employees that think theyre cooler than you bc they make 10 bux an hour lol.
