zero stars, negative stars if I could. This place is just disgusting, dirty, filthy, frustratingly gross, no pride in anything here. I went for an event and bowling. The room was leaking in the banquet hall, the restaurant (Hot Tamales), and the bowling alley... not in one place but several. At this event they had lumberjack buckets out all over the floor to catch the drops, same in the bowling alley.... how is that acceptable at all? The place was horribly horribly dirty, no signs of attempts to clean anything. Typing in names.. working to set up the game everything was sticky sticky, you could see the layers of grim, dont even start me on the restrooms just wow. Ive never seen anything like this. I have no idea how the bowling alley, or restaurant are open. When we were happily leaving a grid piece of ceiling tile fell from the roof because of the leaking from rain. it fell inches from a man and his kid, staff could care less, just another day at the job. I just dont get the lack of care here, just such a gross and crappy experience, never again. Support a local business? right, how about take care of your local business so people want to come back, they should be closed. The music night life scene must be the only thing keeping the doors open... youd have to be boozed up, with no lights, and loud music to not notice the complete filth and disgusting-ness going on. I wish I was being the slightest bit sarcastic, but sadly no, dont believe me... go give away your money for what is listed above and see for yourself. Ive had more sanitary conditions in Afghanistan and I feel like I need a shower. Best of luck here, Colton

I went to the concert venue for a show. I did go through the bowling alley to enter the concert. The night I attended was a Friday night and the bowling alley bartenders and staff were dressed appropriate for the day and time they were working. There were pool tables which appeared to be in very good shape, and the place looked like it was kept up. The establishment has a Mexican cantina next door, which had a few customers. The restaurant looked clean and had an open layout. I hadnt tried any of the food, but I had ordered some drinks. The concert venue consisted of a main bar and stage, and another stage in the back room. The staff was friendly and prompt, the waitresses were very helpful. The customers were all going to see various rock bands and so it was expected that they were not going to be dressed in Polo shirts and jeans (in response to a comment below). The concert was great! All of the bands played a set and some of them even mingled with the guests! I have been bowling here on weekdays with my son and NEVER have I had any issues with what others have commented on. During the week, it seems as though there is only one waitress, but the counter help was more than willing to go out of their way to make sure my son and I had a great experience. For the concert venue, this was fantastic. Also, I live closer to MANY bowling alleys but would drive out of my way to have the same experience over and over again. There is a lot to do here and my son loves it! Thanks, Premier/Diesel!!!

RACIST STAFF and dirty tables well I wouldnt say the entire staff..but there is a blonde waitress here that does not care for blacks sadly because everyone else seems great for the most part ! I dont see how this lady still has a job honestly a few weeks back I had a family member that came here and she refused to wait on them and then even threw their pizza away that they ordered now I know your thinking why would she throw someones pizza away that she didnt even wait on then when confronted about the situation she caught an nasty attitude and was very rude. my family member even talked to the manager so that he or she could address the problem which Im sure wasnt addressed ! And now today she flicked my father off behind his back after he had to clean a table himself although my dad did make a comment along the lines of "Ill just tip myself", but there was no reason for her to do so and even is going as far as skipping over our name and another black families name on the list so it continues to be a long wait for a lane because she keeps skipping over us ! And to be honest shes not even that cute to be acting the way that shes acting

Our family of 4 and our friends (family of 4) bought a groupon for dinner and 2 hrs of bowling...great deal for the money....food at the cantina was great, waitresses were great,,, we bowled for less than an hour on 2 lanes, the lane to the right kept shutting off....it was shutting off for 10 mins at a time...they were attempting to fix for the second and third time, what ever they were doing was causing the left lane to start screwing up and resetting randomly for no reason....one of our kids accidentally hit the guard that came down while he was bowling a couple times.....the DBAG that works there came out and kicked us out.....i have been bowling for a long time...never seen such incompetence or poor customer service in a bowling alley ever......i will never go back to premier lanes on 23 mile in chesterfield ever....and i will make sure everybody i know avoids that crappy place as well.....0 stars

The food is horrible. Its either always undercooked or way over cooked. In the winter its freezing. Its 64 in the bowling ally. Today is dec,17 2015 its 38 outside right now. They refuse to turn on the heat. Its sad to say we even go here but its my work thst comes here. Besides me coming with work I will never come here. The managers could care less about what we have to say. And thier excuse for not turning the heat on is that its to far up on the wall...this is just a sad place to come to....our work got food poisoning from the meat here. Over all they dont even deserve 1 star.

A fun bowling alley with personality. Attached on the inside, to the small neighboring bar [that has pool tables and other bar-style games, and occasional live performances]. Dollar bowling and shoes on Tuesdays! Not the newest, classiest place, but not run down by any means. Good value, decent atmosphere, lots of lanes. Definitely recommend if youve got the itch to go bowling and looking to try out a new place.

I worked at this establishment for 3 weeks, after everything ive seen and expericed, Ill never go back. Theres mold in the ice, dirty dishes used always, the staff is racist. its all bad news. They under pay their employees to an embarrassing degree. Ive seen so many get sick from the food. After the fourth time of myself getting sick from the food & ice, I quit. But hey! Low prices though!
