This course was so crowded on Sunday, 10/11/15, that we played 4 holes and quit. The greens were aerated even though the sign on the door warned that they would be aerated "this week". The slope of the greens is comical, so much slope in some cases that a putt would not stay on the green (even when aerated). Not so important, but the hot dogs were terrible too. The best part of the "round" was seeing turkeys on the first hole.

Really is a good course. Its well maintenance.has trees,water,sand. You will get everything u want out of a round!!!! Im only giving a 3 star because Brookwood gave a special 50 year celebration membership this year for really cheap and everyone and there mother has it. It makes it super difficult to play a round there and make good timing.soooo packed on most days,good for club house not good if you dont have all day

This was a very nice public course at an extremely reasonable price. It was not crowded at all on the Wednesday that we went & the few people we interacted with were all friendly. Our morning tee time was rained out & they gladly moved us back to a later time slot. I will definitely return to this course next time Im in town.

Good golf course that was well maintained when we played. The course was nothing special but it did provide a nice break from the common courses in SW Michigan. We never had issues with the greens like some of the other reviewers were mentioning.

A challenging but fairly short 18 holes with lots of dog legs on the front and some water to avoid. Reasonable prices.
