Ive golfed here 1-3 times a year for 20yrs. On Wednesday June 28 I took my dad for 18 holes for only $26 each for 18/w Cart teed off at 7:20am 57° 3mph wind Perfect weather. We went out on the West and finished on the North. But why Im writing is I was blown away by the immaculate shape the courses were in! Tee boxes could have been more level instead of like a small rolling hills but not the end of the world. But man the rest was excellent, Fairways were soft and just firm enuff to not sink and all green no Hardpan Fairways like ones that have so many leagues and outings. The first ruff on the fairway edges was perfect and gave you an excellent shot. The toughest/thickest/longest ruff still 95% of the time at least gave you a quick chip out sideways or backward to the fairway. The greens were A+ even with some severe slopes in several holes the wet healthy greens that early 7:20a-10:40a allowed for more aggressive 150-200 yard shots into the green and once in didnt force you to just barely tap the put for fear of the speed of the green running the ball across and onto the Fringe. As temps rose on the back 9 from 57° & 3mph to 77° and got another break as wind picked up From 3mph to 15mph just perfect weather, and when we teed off at 7:20 we were the only 2 golfers on the entire course that was cool no one waiting on you or vice versa. Overall best condition Indian Lakes has been in in several years get out there soon before the summer son and no rain will inevitably turn it brown and hardpacked.

Indian lake hills is an above average golf course....they have 3 nines..the north being the newest and most fun in my opinion.....course was in good shape..fairways were green and the greens were in healthy shape....greens could be a lil faster but with how hot and dry its been this summer im sure they want to protect them. The rate of $31 to ride is right on the money...this course is worth about that. I dont think you will find much better for the price in the area...highly reccomend you play it. Im a scratch player so i know the difference in a good course and a goat ranch....play and u wont be disappointed...just dont expect green speeds like augusta
