I have been to Gravity four times and each time the experience gets worst. I was excited to see they had the cider at the winery. They would not give me the cider as one of my four expensive tastings. Instead the guy was able to give a tasting to a couple. I only came with my husband and my best friend from Iowa and her husband. Not only I had to share a tiny tasting with my husband, they changed the menu and doesnt have the fun chocolates and cheese anymore. Its only two different kinds and they pair it up with any of the wines. The owner likes to argue with people on social media when they are unhappy. The wine was never anything special. They dont like group of people 8 or more, even when a picture of a sign on fb said groups of 10 or more must have reservations but they do not keep their promises and want to charge $50 for the group and send them out in a "wedding" tent with wood and blocks as a table. Keep it classy. Save your $11 for 4 lousy tasting.

A long-time customer of Gravity Winery! I regularly go there for special events, tours, or generally just to stop by and chat and say, "hi"! The staff is amazing (Heather is always on the mark with her recommendations and comments on the wines and ciders. I absolutely love this place, by far my favorite local winery and I cant wait to go back again! I have been to so many wineries, tasted so many wines in my life that I somewhat consider myself a bit of a wine connoisseur. I am by no means a professional sommelier, but I do feel I have enough experience to speak intelligently on wines. I can say, that without a doubt, Ollies White is my FAVORITE wine in the world! Its on the sweet side, but its perfect for sipping and refreshing yourself on a hot summer day.

A ritzy winery with personality. I believe the tastings were $12 but came with 4 wines and 4 "pallet cleansers" which included cheese, crackers, and sesame seeds. The husband and I shared a tasting (each tasting is quite large) and sat outside overlooking the lake. I really liked their whites but he wasnt a fan of the reds. But as any wine, everyone likes something different. I ended up buying a bottle and wish I would have gotten a couple. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most places... $12-15 a bottle is great for a Michigan wine. I am all about supporting Michigan wineries, but some of them are over the top on their prices. Gravity offers $5 off two bottles of wine which is a great discount! We will definitely be back in the summer.

Wine is average. Nice deck to have a tasting and enjoy the view. The whole attraction of this place was the wine and food pairings that they give you. They used to take your wine order and put them in the order that you should taste them with each on having a specific snack to go with it: cheese, crouton, chocolate, etc. Was fun an innovative for the area. Last time we went they just threw a handful of snacks on a plate and when I asked what they should be paired with I was told that they all go well with every wine. I understand doing it that way saves time but is pretty insulting to the customer to tell me dark chocolate goes with Riesling because you dont want to have to remember what it actually goes with.

We drove thru the vineyard to the tasting room perched on a hill. Inside we found a black bar in a contemporary setting. Pricing is comparable to surrounding wineries. Their tasting concept is a little different but welcomed. They give you a tray that you can take with you to enjoy on the patio. The attendant was pleasant and offered a little back ground on each of our selections. I enjoyed all of my samples. Ollie was my favorite white. The patio has a relaxing view. They had a two person band that added to our experience.

My first experience was amazing loved the wine parings with cheese and chocolates. The three bottles of wine I bought were nothing special. My next visit was a nightmare! This winery WILL NOT accommodate large groups and the owner is exceptionally rude and immature. After reviewing our horrid experience on their FB page the owner began private messaging my husband on his FB page calling us liars in a very hostile tone. Funny how he (the owner) was not even at the winery the day of our visit. I WILL NEVER VISIT GRAVITY AGAIN!

I have been making wine for many years, I will be the first to admit Im no expert but I can say with no doubt this is a sub par wine. The couple next to us actually got up and walked out before finishing their tasting because it was so bad. You can rate the wine from dry to sweet and thats about as far as it goes. Hope they take this young winery and make something of it! Be open to suggestions, listen to customers and learn from what they say, dont take it personally as it seems you have in responses to other reviews.

Loved the wines but some of the staff was rude... when you go to get the tasting the lady with glasses was very rude and uninviting... the host on the patio was great but upon leaving the same woman with glasses was very rude and stopped us, accusing us of stealing after we had confirmed and paid for everything with the patio... very hesitant to come back because of this.

Loved the Syrah and great labels. Fantastic environment and Ollie (the outdoor canine greeter) was adorable. We really enjoyed the wine tasting as it was paired with cheeses and chocolates (something we found original to this spot). Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting wine country!

Largest tasting room in the area and sits on beautiful property with rolling hills and a pond. My wife and I stopped by on a Friday night after work and enjoyed live music (acoustic guitar) and BBQ catered from another local restaurant. Good wine to go with it (BBQ and wine?). Well be back.

Loved our experience at Gravity!! We tried 8 wines and they were all delightful. The fruit and cheese pairings made for a different experience than the other wineries in the area. Whether youre a wine drinker or just looking for something to do, Gravity is a great stop in the New Buffalo area.

It is a cool facility and a really great concept of pairing wine with a little taste of cheese or chocolate. Although most of the wines are good, I do think the tastings and wine are a bit overpriced for what they are.

This place is amazing and beautiful, and the only place you can take your tasting outside. Deserves way higher than a 3.9 rating! Forget Lemon Creek (overcrowded and rude), and come here!

Outstanding staff. Exceptional vine. We enjoyed the tasting and then had a glass of wine on the outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard. Quiet, cozy and friendly atmosphere. Try gravity.

Staff is always friendly! Service is great and the way they do the tastings is by far the best out of all the local wineries! Love the option of cider as well!
