A great treasure in Perry County!! We went in for a wine tasting and got so much more. Tim and Vickey shared stories from their trip to the California wineries that began their interest as well as details about each of the wines we tasted and the process that goes into making them. We tasted all the wines in stock and selected our favorites. This is all logged on a card that they will pull for you when you come back. The wines were very reasonably priced at $8.00 per bottle and if you buy 3 you get the fourth bottle FREE. I also purchased a small jar of Muscadine Jelly and a wine glass with their logo. My favorite wines were the Scuppuernong Semi Sweet, LCV Red and Black Spanish. The wine is all labeled with Perry County, this makes for a nice memento for someone who has ties to Perry County or for the collector who likes wines from local vineyards. Please go by and see Tim and Vickey, they have created a little slice of heaven for us wine lovers right in Perry County.

We recently visited Log Cabin Vineyard and Winery for a wine tasting benefit. It was our first visit to LCV and we were pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem so close to home. A short drive off the highway through a stand of pine trees, LCV offers a beautiful setting in rural Perry County in central Alabama (approximately 15 miles from Selma), complete with rocking chairs on a long covered porch overlooking the lush vineyard. The cozy tasting room was comfortable and inviting, with barstool seating and sofa/chair seating, and we enjoyed talking with owners Tim and Vickey Letson and learning about their operation. LCV is definitely worth a visit! We will be there again soon!

This place is amazing! Friendly owners who are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Their dog is precious and loves to cuddle as well. The wine is delicious to say the least! The wine is $8 a bottle, but right now they have a buy 3 get 1 free special. Their jam is delicious and only $2.50 a jar. Simply put, Ill be a regular there! :)

My husband David came through the door this afternoon with a case of your wine. We opened a bottle and it was wonderful! We are giving out the wine for Mothers Day. Thank you for the glasses and I would like to buy a few of them also. I will send him back for them soon :)

Bought 2 bottles, one for myself and one as a birthday gift for my daughter in law. Great wine. Different from what we would normally buy. A nice change.
