So many things to see. I would recommend looking into the tour times before hand. They offer an array of different tours through out the week including a tour of the second floor, landscaping tour and casino tour. The latter 2 can only be done on specific days/times and are well worth it. If you like historical locations and walking I recommend putting 4+ hours aside while visiting. Tours tend to be 1hr+, each. The ground floor and land is open to all without a tour guide.

You wont be disappointed with the magic Castle Hill has to offer! From the mall overlooking the ocean, ruins of a prized rose garden, a tranquil Italian garden, extensive walking paths, the hidden Casino "little house" full of games and chairs to enjoy a picnic, and the grand Crane Estate you will feel as though you walked into a storybook or onset a movie production. It is truely magical.

This is an amazing and well cared for area. We went up for the annual swing dance and lawn party, and its well worth a modest ticket price to see and wander around this property. Truly a beauty... but expect to be stuck in traffic for Crane Beach for an hour if you come on a nice day.

Beautiful! A must see. But, you dont get to see top floor unless you pay tour fees. Great life size chess set on property, paintings were antique & furnishings as well. Definitely pay for tour. The gift shop wasnt impressive as they said they were in transition.

Beautiful setting. Hills, gardens, mansion, and beaches all in walking distance. Check ahead on times, sometimes they close the house itself early for weddings etc. If you get there before 5 the park is usually open till sundown.

The estate is so well maintained and beautiful. Our family enjoyed our tour and especially the gardens. Often times it is not easy to bring children to such places, but we really felt welcomed, thank you.

Castle Hill is so gorgeous historical historical place. Our family love this Italian Renaissance-style villa with stucco walls. Surely well come back there to find more interesting beautiful details.

Just attended the Roaring 20s Party here. A great place to picnic, with a nice view of Plum Islands Sandy Beach below the cliff. The Crane Estate makes it easy to forget youre in the 21st century!

So many events and things to do. Views are amazing both inside and out. Definitely a family place, good for picnics or exploring. Not to expensive if youre a trustee member.
