Besides basketball, hockey and music concerts, they offer every kind of food from hot dogs to sushi. On the down side, they dont have enough seating for people with disabilities, and its cant be reserved. (...unless you are currently a season ticket holder. If I had season tickets, Id buy them in a place I could access!) You must simply go early, to customer service, and request it. But, its already taken up half the time. If these seats are full, I am forced to climb many flights of stairs, and risk injury. The Garden has NARROW, CEMENT STAIRS with a VERY HIGH GRADE TO THEM! Luckily, Im usually there with someone, who stands behind me, holding my waist. BUT...If theyre holding food, THEY CAN NOT HOLD ME. If my leg gives out (neck injury), or I step wrong (poor depth perception, or I lose my balance (vertigo)...I am in for a hard fall and multiple injuries. Sometimes I watch who sits in the "disabled section," and see young men jumping up and down and cheering...not appearing to be impaired in any way. There is no proof needed to qualify for these seats. Some fans appear to think of them as a "FREE UPGRADE" from their cheap balcony seats...HOW SAD. I think TD Garden needs to CHANGE THEIR POLICY and require PROOF OF DISABILITY OR INJURY via a handicap placard, or even a doctors note. You need one to park your car in a handicapped spot. You should need one to park your butt in one too.

Note to self when artists are big enough to book this venue (aka they can charge premium to fill the stadium with thousands of warm bodies) its time to search for the "next big thing". Aside from trying to avoid paying exorbitant prices, Ive come here for Celtics, Harlem Globetrotters and of course concerts. Its conveniently located off of the Green/Orange line at North Station so its definitely less expensive to take the T than pay $45 event parking. The venue itself is the largest in Boston and once you enter there are people who are every few hundred feet checking your tickets. One important thing to note is that the "no bag policy" applies just to backpacks and laptop bags. I was an idiot and didnt take it seriously so I had to pay a local bar to check my bag for $10. If you have a small purse you should be fine. Food here is over priced and mediocre as to be expected when you are held captive with limited other options and no re-entry. Once you find your seats I feel like 90% of the people will be using the large screens for reference rather than actually being able to see the performers. While this would not be my top choice for venue, it gets the job done and its close to public transit unlike Bank Pavilion (Seaport) which is headache to navigate to Silver line from Green line. Oh and be prepared for the endless stairs trying to get out if you are walking down from the Balcony level...

We saw the "Game of Thrones" orchestra experience, and while the visuals (high definition screens and pyrotechnics) were impressive, the audio was not. First of all, the acoustics of the Garden are such that audience members in higher seats would not be able to hear the orchestra without amplification. Thats fine, as there are plenty of concert venues with excellent amplification. The problem is that the Gardens PA system is terrible--absolutely terrible! Among the sins committed against otherwise excellent musicians, either by the Garden or the Game of Thrones traveling sound technicians I couldnt tell, 1) lack of any imaging that enabled us to detect where the sound was coming from, 2) terrible over-amplification of the bass (a bass cello isnt supposed to rattle the seats), 3) the amplified sound being substantially delayed relative to the actual players. For almost two seconds at the beginning of each piece, I could hear the direct sound from a violinist or a cellist, then the PA would kick in, delayed by two seconds, and completely replace beautiful music with terribly mixed audio.

Absolutely horrible experience. Came to TD to the gymnastics event with my mother and daughter. My mother has a mobility impairment and we were seated in accessible seats section 312. We sat in our section and began to watch the show. We were quickly told to move by the usher. He told us that he was the usher for this section and that he should have seated us. He made us stand up in the dark and took our chairs and gave them to NON HANDICAP people. We had to stand in the dark for a half an hour waiting for the usher to find more seats. The able bodied people who sat down sat in our seats while we stood and missed the first half hour of the show. Absolutely unacceptable! So unbelievably disappointed in the Garden for the compete disregard of someone with a disability

Ive sat in a couple different areas of the arena, and I can say that theres not a bad seat in the house. Even in the nose bleeds you feel like youre on top of the action. Although, it takes forever to get to those seats. My guess is that itll take you 10 minutes to get from the entrance to the very top of the arena. So try to get there 10-15 minutes before game time if you have some seats in the upper bowl. Once you get inside, its your standard overcharging for concessions and drinks. Unfortunately, its something Ive come to expect and sometimes pay when I go to games. But the atmosphere is awesome and Boston is a great sports town. So sit back, relax and cheer on the home team!

Worst concert experience ever!!! Gladly paid good money (floor tickets, few seats away from the man) to see J. Cole live with my girlfriend and I couldnt be more disappointed!!! The acoustics are awful! Voice with Echoes, half instruments that are normally present on the songs couldnt be heard! My girlfriend warned about it because she saw it happening with Cage the Elephant. I feel sorry for J.Cole, he is awesome. His carefully crafted melody has been destroyed in that place. 10$ for a budlight. overpriced as everybody else comments. TD might be good for sports but for concerts it ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! If the band/singer you are willing to see is playing somewhere else, avoid TD!!

I only give it a 2 star cause the drinks were good and the bar tender friendly and engaging. After that it was down-hill. We found a table and sat ourselves.... no big deal. We had to ask 3 different people to get us a menu, all kept saying, " Ill get someone over". It was not a busy night, the waiters were standing around. When we got the attention of the 4th person, we insisted we get the menus and not for them to send someone right over as wed waited quiet abit. Anyway, got the menus, placed our order. Food was blant, cold, not pleasantly presented. The waiter was just seemed like he did not want to serve us and uninterested in whatever we wanted. Not going back

As a Celtics fan the Garden has been good to me over the past 10 years. The Bruins and Celtics share the same arena, along with a number of theatrical performances that are in town. The stadium is easily accessible by public transportation, and the parking nearby is reasonable. The stadium has fairly comfortable and roomy seats even in the "nosebleed" section of the stands. There arent really any bad seats or obstructed view seats like you might encounter at Fenway Park. There is plenty of food and drinks located around the perimeter of the stands, and the fans are mostly well behaved and energetic as they cheer on the home team.
