Sehr coole, alte Busse. Die Audio Qualität vom live Guide (ist gleichzeitig der Fahrer) war sehr schlecht und gerade wenn andere Gäste reden fast unverständlich (SCHADE!). Die Stopps sind nicht zu erkennen. Im Berufsverkehr dauert die Tour (ohne aussteigen) Start zwei, drei Stunden.

Our experience was just okay. The stops are not marked at all, so it is really difficult to find where youre supposed to get on the trolley. The tour guides were okay, some better than others. They did not tell us about the free Boston Harbor cruise, which was unfortunate because we would have worked that into our itinerary for the day if we had known before we got there and heard from another passenger. The trolleys themselves were very nice and it was a good way to see the city without so much walking.

Really a lot of cool stops, but they sort of fly through them, making it hard to get good pics. Our first tour guide was great, but when we switched trolleys, the second tour guide was not only BORING, but her voice gave me a literal migraine. If you get Jane, GET OFF THE BUS! If it wasnt for our first awesome tour guide, it would have been a horrible tour, but he made it worth the $40. Also, they have a student discount even if you forgot your ID.

This is probably the best way to get around the city and see a lot with some narration and background. The harbor tour thats included is awesome, too! I will say, I think the experience varies by driver. We had 3 different ones today -- first guy (Gonzo) was awesome. Next two seemed hurried and not really into the experience of the riders. Overall, though, worth the expense, and much cheaper than using ride share/taxis all day.

During our trip to Boston, we used the Trolley to get the most out of a day of travel! We had two different drivers and they were as different as night and day. Laurent was the one we enjoyed the most! He was knowledgeable and friendly and was really, really helpful! I would recommend this trolley tour in a heartbeat!

Worst bus service provided ever. Unfortunately there are no other choices. The schedule is not followed by the drivers and they dont stop at the drop off and on stations, we waited for more than half an hour and the excuse of the driver is probably they didnt see you.. yeah a group of 6 people...

Very disappointing. Company knew this was going to be a busy week-end in Boston & apparently made no effort to control mumber of tickets sold or number of trolleys available. Waited for over an hour at several stops which restricted number of sites visited. Poor service for $222.

could have taken uber, gotten where we wanted to go. We did our trip Sunday and they didnt plan with enough buses or drivers. having to wait for four buses to get on took over 40 minutes. Not good for the money. If I would have uberd I would have enough to buy a lobster roll.

Excellent service. The drivers were professional, and they enjoyed making you smile with jokes, puns, etc. Mr. HUGO was the most fun, and I hope that he is one of our tour guides should we ever have the occasion to return to Boston in the future.

Bad experience we were stuck at Boston common park. Spoke to rep. Advice there is another trolley behind. Had to wait hour.to see trolley. Remember do not get off trolley to tour. Trolley is always full..

Great for tourist! They go round the city explaining each and every spot of significant importance. Hop and stop also possible.
