What a nice place! Ive lived in Rhode Island my whole life and never knew of this park. Our 3 year young daughter loves it here. She gets to feed the animals. Just one bad thing, I dont like the enclosure for the Turkey, Peacock. They should have a bigger place to roam about, but I guess they know what they are doing soo. Over all, very nice Park. They have a nice big playground with a HUGE slide... Fun for both kids and adults (sometimes) lol I would recommend it for families who are trying to give their kids a local fun time without breaking the bank. PS. They sell a big bag of food for the animals until 2pm after that you should bring your own feed.

I was blown away by the size and variety of attractions at this free park. Rambling trails are perfect for exploring with little ones, and the animals were so much fun for my toddler, who couldnt care less that they arent exotic. On a weekday afternoon the gardens were in full bloom and the park was a perfect mix of peaceful and playful. Its close to Unlikely Story, making it and excellent part of an afternoon adventure with the kids.

Good park for kids, plenty of places to hang around and play. There is a zoo inside and you can pet the animals and feed them. The park is accessible and you can drive around the one way loop in the park without having to get down from your car and still not miss much. Youngsters love the playground and hiking is nice and easy. Cleanliness is probably one aspect they can work on, specially during summer.

A wonderful place to take the family for an outing. It is free and there is so much to do. A small zoo with goats, sheep, pigs, llamas etc; a beautiful butterfly garden; many picnic areas with tables and charcoal grills; a disc golf course; hiking trails; a few play grounds; ball field; huge sand box; a giant tube slide. My kids love coming here and we always have a nice time.

Were new to the area and wanted somewhere local to take our dog for a walk. The hiking trials are a little short, but the scenery is beautiful and the zoo is pretty neat. Good place to spend a few hours and the best part is its all free.

I grew up coming here as a kid myself. Now I take my kids and its better than ever. New playground, butterfly garden, giant slide, Farm animals,walking trails. Great place for a picnic/BBQ. An awesome FREE place to explore!

Great place for an outing with a wide variety of ages. Giant slide and giant sandbox, hiking, disc golf, a mini zoo, two playgrounds, and plenty of picnicing areas. We held our sons fifth birthday here. It was great.

Great place for families with kids. Lots of stuff to do. Great hikes. Nice animals.. there is a peacock that my kids loved, among other animals. Nice lookout. Overall a very nice place. Will go there again.

At the petting zoo portion, signs said to only feed the grains provided, but I didnt see any feed vending machines. The playground was nice, but also crowded.
