Great theater! STC is such a wonderful asset to DC! And the best part is that they offer at 25under35 deal, meaning that if you are under 35 you can get a ticket for just $25 dollars, which is amazing considering their tickets normally run around the $90 area - avg. Im also a huge fan of their National Theater Live movie nights! Its usually around $20 and you get to see wonderful theater from across the pond, and still feel like your seeing it live!

The Shakespeare Theater for all audiences. All plays are adapted either in time period or artistic setting. I enjoy the modern sets most of all. I subscribed for one season, 6 plays at a good price and good seats. For theater goers on a budget theres the free "Happenings at Harman" lunchtime series or happy hours on Wednesdays. If you subscribe to the e-newsletter you will also get special ticket promotions such as tickets under $30.

A really top-notch theatre building. The space is very very quiet, and the acoustics are good. The design is flexible and attractive, and is very welcoming. The only problem is that the rush for coat check at the end of the performance isnt managed very well and becomes a real crowd. Recommend you not check your coat.

Amazing hall. We saw secret garden. It was a great performance enbled by this hall. The set was very mobile and the large stage area allowed its intercacy. Good acustics. We sat up high on the third floor and still had good view of the stage.

The Cafritz Cityscape overlooking the street adds an airy, ethereal feel to the lobby. Floating over F Street is pretty spectacular! Not even to mention the Shakespeare Theatre Company, great season ticket options, and the productions!

Went to see Othello her and it was amazing. The Shakespeare Theater Company put on an amazing play that I recommended to ask my friends. The venue is really nice and has great acoustics in the performance hall.

Wonderful modern feeling theater. Saw Kiss Me Kate here and it was a great production considering a Shakespearian Group might not be your first selection for a Cole Porter production.

I love this theater. it has a good food and drink selection and views of Chinatown. Parking garage underneath the theater is convenient but expect to pay around $20.

Went to see MacBeth with my mother (an annual tradition). Play was phenomenal, seats were reasonable, sound and light excellent; a solid venue for live theater.

Create place to see a play. Staff is always very friendly. You can also see the stage very well from any seat.
