Ive been going to Hollywood since I was a kid. Now my daughter goes there. They recently got the most comfortable chairs! The chairs recline. Are extra roomy & are great for someone like me with back problems. The people who work there are very nice. Sometimes when a place has teenagers working there, They Can be disrespectful, but Ive never seen that at Hollywood. Never experienced any problems. One thing I wish they would change is, that we cant buy extra cheese when we buy nachos. Every other movie theatre allows you to pay extra for extra cheese cups. But besides that, its clean. They make sure you have a good experience & get your moneys worth. Great sound & a smaller, friendlier feel.

Very nice. Love the reclining seats. Prices are really good. Took 3kids and one adult to see the jungle book and it was $26. Got the kids pack at $5 a piece. You cant beat the prices. Very clean. Staff was very nice. We ordered tickets online which apparently if you use this theater you should do this is a small theater so tickets go fast. But I do think mind that cause we always do that with other movie theaters we go to in the area. Parking is a little tricky. Parking on street is 2hrs and there are parking lots that u can park for 3hrs but it is meter parking. We parked near the Sorrentos and walked down which was fine for us. But it a little walk.

Amazing theater! Recently renovated to have comfy reclining seats (with reservations when you buy the ticket), and a solid selection of movies. They dont always have the latest, but will usually get it a week or two later. On street parking isnt the most convenient, but it is doable. Never really crowded, and the ticket prices are incredibly inexpensive. Only thing I look forward to them upgrading now is the snack bar! Great place to see a movie and chill, as long as its one of the ones showing. Also, Arbutus is lovely.

This place used to be pretty bad. Horrible sound system, dirty seats and poor movie selection. Now it is my go to theatre. The employees are polite, the online ticket system is awesome. The reclining leather seats are honestly insanely comfy. The only reason I go to another theatre is if Hollywood is not showing it. Also the prices are incredible. Not to mention that you can go to depaulos pub before hand and get an amazing burger and then walk to the theater. TLDR; Comfy seats, great value, good location

This place has the most comfortable seats (the reclining ones) for one of the lowest ticket prices Ive found for movies in the area. The food isnt great, but you can never go wrong with pre-packaged candy and nachos. Sometimes, the drinks are watery, so taste it before you sit down! Parking is street parking, but Ive never had a problem finding a spot. Shows about 4 different movies a day. Rating 4 stars because its my go-to (if they have the movie I want playing) and their prices are unbeatable!

It was our first time there. We saw Xmen Apoclolye. The manager was very professional . She took the time to service us with our reserved seating. It was avery nice small town atmosphere that reminds me of home. The reclining chairs was A++ to the point my fiance was so rested he took a nap. The only thing that disappointed me was the small icee that cost $5.25. I could have gotten a large at Cinemarx Egyptian 24 for that price. The banana icee was good. We will be visiting again soon.

Best theater I have ever been to. From the pricing to the food and the priority seating this place is awesome. When me and my lady pulled up it didnt look like much and I had my doubts but after watching a movie there, the whole experience was 1st class this is my new theater of choice for now on. I mean come on you cant beat popcorn, 2 drinks, priority seating, and admission for $28.00

This neighborhood theater has a long history in the area. After burning out, it came back and then fell into disrepair, but the recent upgrades have made it a top notch movie going experience for my family and many others. The assigned seating and reclining adjoined chairs make it feel like you have a theater screen in your house and you and your kid get to snuggle on the sofa to watch.

This place is really nice after the remodeling. They have reserved seating because they have big reclining seats now which is really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys movies and electric reclining chairs. Staff is always friendly and free refills on a large popcorn and soda. I would also reserve your seats online to guarantee your seat any where you want to sit.

I went to this theater for the first time a few Saturdays ago with some friends and was blown away. The manager and staff were super friendly and helpful even though they were really busy. The handsome security guard held the door for me and my friends and was very polite. Prices were excellent. Safe, friendly atmosphere. I don`t think i will ever go to another theater.

First things first: every seat in this place is a powered leather recliner. Its incredible! All seats are reserved, so you know in advance if youll get the seats you want. The prices are great, especially on Tuesdays, which are the discount day. Im knocking off a star because there are often long lines, and they never open a second register to help handle the load.

I used to love the Hollywood - I even have a brick in the sidewalk in front of the theatre - but I absolutely do not like the new reclining seats. Hard to manage, cant sit upright in them because your feet wont touch the ground, and the reclining position makes it difficult to eat and drink. But the worst? No place to put your coat or purse! Wont be back.

$5 tuesdays for new movies are awesome. Not a big up to date theater but its good enough for a movie and in a decent location. Plus. $5 for a new release movie? Awesome anyway you look at it!!! Snacks are still way over priced like $5.50 for a small popcorn but bring your own snack and drink, BAM! You got a great deal! Totally worth it. Pretty clean too.

We were just passing through after a stressful day of driving as we left a vacation. We had no idea what we were walking into, just wanted to relax and catch a movie. This place was amazing. The whole family loved it and we had a great experience. I hope the locals there know how lucky they are to have such a great little theater.

Great movie theater! Smaller than most other places ive been to but the price wouldnt be beat. Definitely go on tuesday to take advantage of the $5 tickets. The seats were really cool, they recline and are super comfortable. We reserved our seats online and didnt have to worry about getting there early. Will definitely return

I grew up going to this theater and so maybe Im a little partial... however, this is one of true small-town cinemas left. 4 theaters limits the election, but the prices are unbeatable. For a date night you could do a little better than Arbitus, but its a great little theater. A classic.

Ive been going to this theatre for years, before and after the renovations. Going there now is like a dream come true. Still reasonably priced with comfortable seats. Im hoping they upgrade their sound quality soon, but it isnt a huge deal given their price and comfort.
